Relax -- this thing is GREAT. It's made to fit your CX-30 perfectly, without smooshing it into place or having to file down any sides or tabs or small pieces. It fits into the top half of your current center console, so before installing it, be sure to lay in the bottom anything that you need in the bottom of the console but may not always need constant access to or just wanna keep out of sight. When you're ready, the insert will slide into your console with a satisfyingly perfect fit (I've seen some reviews talk about how it didn't fit well--I had no such issue) and then you'll lay the rubber mats down in the appropriate little compartments to make sure everything stays in place. Be sure to plug in your USB cord first, as you'll need to feed it through the opening in the insert (don't worry, it's easy).I got the red one for my red car, but it'll likely look nice no matter what color you get. You'll have to jigger items around to figure out the best way to store everything, but it really does make your center console more useful, better organized, and easier to find stuff. If you're on the fence about buying a non-Mazda-sanctioned product, don't be; it works perfectly and doesn't involve any fiddling with your car. Get it.

This organizer fits perfectly in the center console of my 2021 CX-30! There is even a space to feed cords through to use the USB port! Price is great and material feels sturdy!

Easy to drop into place in my 2024 CX-30. I do need to be mindful of how much I put in the bottom of the console as the organizer needs a little bit of space to drop in.

Great item for the Mazda center console makes the area very useful

This sits just high enough to let me plug an accessory splitter in below it and then have two things plugged in and accessable from above, after I drilled a couple holes in it anyway. The only issue is you can't use the USB port with how I modified it, but luckily I have another one on the dash for the wireless Android Auto adapter.

This fits in the utilitarian armrest compartment perfectly. Can store stuff hidden below this and coins, phone and stuff in this container. Perfect!

This made the big center usable! I like all the little trays and the grip pads for them. Does not block any of the ports as cords can get through via 2 spots. Only downside is that if you want to get under it you need to lift out the entire tray. likely will use that for storage of things I won't need that much.

Was delivered on time. Adds more space to store all the little things that accumulates when you drive. Very handy.
