I think the title explains what matters.Also, the so-called foot pump is made of cheap plastic. If one has to inflate this weekly, with no use, include a better pump.Purchased, and returned twice, first for the cheap pump, second for deflating in a week with no use (no variability in temperature, etc.)

This is Trevor's wife and I love this product. I have also reviewed a LOT of the other stuff he has ordered and now its saying the review is ACTING suspicious or something and he won't be able to order certain things I guess that he PREVIOUSLY ordered. I purchased this for my daughter. She needed a chair for her desk. With virtual learning and her being an athlete I thought this would be perfect. I was correct. She sits on it all day. She uses the bands during and between classes During class she put the handles on her feet and did leg presses. Great find!! Highly recommend.

Im 5’6.5 and I have to brace myself while sitting on the ball. I do use the straps every other day.I had neck surgery 2x so Im trying to do rehab stuff. It helps
