How many cameras can use it as a repeater?** A: Thank you for inquiry! No this repeater is not weatherproof and it has to be placed indoors. The repeater can connect up to 4 cameras. **Q: I successfully paired the repeater with the nvr and a camera (all xmarto) but could not get the camera to display. can you give me some ideas?** A: When were your cameras purchased and what version they have? The cameras need to have version 3.2+ to have Auto WiFi relay. If their version are older than 3.2, the WiFi relay needs to be set manually. If your cameras do have version 3.2+ with Auto WiFi relay feature and they do not connect to this repeater, it means this repeater is not having better signal than the NVR itself. Xmarto does not mention that anywhere in their documentation. Xmarto has been terrible to deal with during my experience purchasing from them. They claim to respond to issues within 24 hours but my issues with their cameras have gone on for months without any help from them besides repeating the same lines from their purchase sites, offering no actual information or assistance or even directly addressing my issues. I work with CCTV systems professionally and I can say without question that these products from Xmarto either have extremely poor quality control or they're advertising their products to have features that do not actually function which is illegal. Their wifi relay system also doesn't work at least it hasn't on any of the 4 systems I have purchased. So far I'm out a little over $2,000 in equipment from Xmarto and they are now simply ignoring my emails for help.
