Serves its purpose
The mat is sized just right for the bowflex bike and lies flat. The bike frame leaves depressions in the mat, so once placed, it’s best to leave it in place. For that reason, I’m not sure it was worth the extra cost over generic products, except that I wanted the “custom” sizing for my small home gym.

Good basic Floormat
Good basic Floormat, not for commercial or near commercial use. It leave indelible impressions on the area in which the machine is placed, so if you move it you’re left with a ugly print.

Overpriced just to have the name, Bowflex on it.
The mat ripped on the first day and it doesn't do a good job at supporting the max trainer as the machine still wobbles.

Don't recommend
Mine came free with my treadmill. It's a good mat if it never moves from under the equipment. I moved to a new house and saw imprints that basically tore the mat through. Then my movers rolled it a weird way, so it was hard to flatten out. They ended up tearing it when they tried placing the treadmill 22 on it. I got reimbursed for it but i won't be buying bowflex's mat again if it's this easy to tear.
