edit: I use a fork or knife to scoop out , wipe the oily edge, fold down and fasten with a clothespin. Perfect.I've been trying highly rated chili crisps for a few months. There is no comparison between this and other brands. Absolutely world class. Increíble balance of crunch, sweet, salty , garlicky and burn. just wow. I wont bother to try any others and plan to gift it to many. Oddly, it comes in a resealable bag? I'm certain the oil will make a mess and a half. I plan to transfer it to a closed container. Taste & texture are so amazing I couldn't give it less than 5 stars. I'm addicted after my first taste.

I love Thai food and I love spicy food. I love chilis and I love garlic. Anything fried is delicious, a fact we all know. So if you fry up some chilis and garlic until they are crispy bites of blessed heat and flavor, then sprinkle it on top of your otherwise boring food, you get a magical treat that will make your taste buds dance! Someone mentioned chili crisps and how they're all the rage. I'm sad that I didn't know about this until just recently. I can only think of all the meals that could have been made more delicious by the addition of these delightful little spicy, garlicky, crispy, bits of wonder. I roasted some zucchini and some broccoli for lunch the other day, served them with some crispy baked tofu and drizzled them with a generous amount of homemade peanut sauce. Then I sprinkled these lovely chunks of umami on top and I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. I got the "extremely spicy" version, and while I wouldn't consider it extremely spicy, my coworkers did. So if you have a normal reaction to chili heat, then you might want something milder. But if you tend to order your Thai food in the 3-4 star range (out of 5), then these will make your mouth eternally happy. Please don't buy them all because I'm going to need more very soon.

Amazing Heat and flavor - still oily but not soaking in it.worse thing I can say is the packet form factor makes it a bit odd to use but probably because I am only used to getting it in small jars. and spooning and pouring it out.

I have been addicted to Chili Crunch and was looking for something with less oil. This is it! Although sugar is not in the ingredient list, it tastes sweet which is curious. Also for the tiny amount you get in the packet, this is expensive.

I love hot but the packaging of this product is crazy stupid! It leaks the oil out of the ziplock closure. Needs to be in a jar!

These are the best, i bought them in thailand and now i'm hooked! Glad they had to purchase on Amazon.I also got the basil chilli. YUM.

I love using this on EVERYTHING! Rice, eggs, sushi, even pizza and what’s amazing and unique about this chilli crunch is that it’s all crunch and barely any oil and a little goes a long way. Although I can eat it by eat self!

We love the flavor and heat of this. It’s super crunchy and delicious a on any number of foods. Really punches up your meal.
