We've had this for a few months now. It's still in one piece and our big lad doesn't half attack it.He absolutely loves it, and it's ideal for schutshund training!

Bought this to train my GSD for personal protection. Easily protected me from his very sharp and long teeth. Gets a bit frayed after use, but that's to be expected. Would buy again.

Dog absolutely loves it, as soon as she see it drool appears from the mouth. Nice sturdy construction and covers the entirety of your forearm area and is bolstered out with padding. The only weak point would be if you had a dog with a narrow muzzle it could get your hand through the end of the sleeve.

No injuries and protects the user against a strong bite such as my mastiff/pit bull mix. No injuries sustained and she absolutely loves to attack it. She literally hangs off the sleeve and she has bitten through countless bones yet she can’t bite through the sleeve, breaks flesh and it doesn’t hurt. She does however love going for the outside handle. I gave up trying to prevent her from grabbing it. Fantastic purchase and great quality.My dog has destroyed nearly everything else she sinks her teeth into so I’m happy she has something durable.

We’re not professional trainers but our dogs use this just for essentially tug o war and she loves it! Been using over a year and she loves it!

Overall a good sleeve for the price. Only complaint is the outside handle broke after two hits from my 14 week Malinios. Deciding on whether to send back or not

Now on my second of these bite sleeves. I did have to do some adjustment to them like reinforcing the opening away from inner handle since when the dog pulls it tends to pull the sleeve out of your arm and the outer handle should be in the center of the sleeve and not to one side. Also that outer handle should have an inner plastic tubing so the foam has some rigidity and doesn't come apart.

This a thick and tough sleeve. My Bal Mal is pressure bite trained and I have no problem with her using a good amount of bite force on this sleeve. Be sure you and your K9 understand the purpose of this tool and use common sense. My only complaint is my arm gets hot and sweaty very quickly during use. My Mal's favorite toy is the tennis ball but this is mine for her. I'm tired of my hands and arms being nipped at every time I am out in the yard. Don't worry about that anymore! 😆
