This mask was securely sealed in its packaging but had somehow dried out. It was crumbly .. wasn't able to use it

This was my first time using a Yes To mask - and I will never buy another one.Upon opening, there was hardly any product in the packet (about 5-7ml, at a guess), so I couldn't really build up a decent layer, had to smear it on quite thinly, and going over an area twice just dragged off what had been applied. I even tore open both halves of the packet to scrape more out, but I'd pretty much squeezed out all that was there. Like the other reviewer, I found the mask dry and crumbly, even thinking it had gone off. It was clay-based, which I wasn't expecting (wasn't clearly marked on the packet). The smell was quite mineral-y as a result, rather than the bright fruity grapefruit suggested by the packaging.It dried quite quickly, due to how thin the cover was, and was tricky to peel as it kept splitting at the very thin spots. When I got to my lower cheeks and jawline on both sides of my face, peeling off became VERY painful, so much so I checked for bleeding. Of course there was none, but my skin was very red and I ended up washing the rest off with warm water because it just hurt too much to continue. I'm used to the odd tug on fine hairs with other masks, but this was unreal. It felt like the skin was peeling off my cheeks.Don't waste your money on this - try Superdrug own brand masks or 7th Heaven brand instead - they are much much better products.

I opened the package to find it all dried up, even though it was sealed and I wasn’t able to use it.

The product was dry when I opened it I would not recommend getting this product
