I'm into my 3rd bottle of these and I don't know if they do anything or not. The only reason I keep buying them is because they are just mushrooms and supposed to be all kinds of good for you. But I don't feel any different. Granted I only take one daily instead of the recommended two per day (I'm always hesitant to take too much) so maybe it's that.

I hope this product helps my memory but can say for certain it intensifies my dreams so it is definitely having an impact on brain chemistry.
