Q: Are these already baked? I read they need to be baked a little but is this just to warm them up or do they actually still need baking?

They are actually lousy unless you crisp them in the oven for about 8 minutes. (350 degrees F) You must always crisp them just before using them.

Q: What is the Expiration date?

I ordered these for a tea and they were inedible . Worst thing I ever bought from Amazon. Recommend you pass on this item . The expiration date is the least of your inquiries.
