They do include a connector at the top of the bag to hanging it on your own chain or with the AP100 Hanging Kit. The reason we do this is that many people already have chains or a hanging method and do not need or want another hanging chain. Center at eye level? Will it still swing if not using any chains? Ceiling is too low** A: I recommend having the widest circumference of the bag around nose height.
