Great Tent
Ended up using this car camping when I didn’t feel like buying a midway $200 tent that I’d replace with something more expensive later.Weight? Obviously not a lightweight or close to an UL tent. The weight listed is accurate.Set up took about 5-10 minutes the first time. I purchased the footprint for tent and would suggest getting one as well due to the bottom being thin. The temperatures varied from 40F to about 65-70F and had no issues with condensation. Ventilation worked well and it has two extra vents that can be opened and closed via Velcro (while not the best, they work). You can easily take the rain fly off if you need more ventilation in the case of hot weather. My favorite part? It performed perfect during a storm. Zero water made it inside the tent. It was windy and with the guy-lines there was little to no noise. While there was some movement it wasn’t enough to detract from sleep.Inside is enough for two people snugly with a little gear. For one person it fit me and everything I brought with room to spare. Each corner has a small mesh storage pocket. There is a hook to hang a light off of in the middle. It also includes a mesh basket that can be attached in place of the hook for additional storage.Long story short:Water proof.Easy to setup.Car camping.Get the footprint. It outperforms in cost.

Delightfully great for what it is
Delightful in that it's just so well-made with all the features you want for a low price. If you get plastic steaks instead, you can lose a pound of weight. It's small and light and cheap. So that's good. If you want to be all fancy you can get a better one and impress your friends. But this is just so good! I especially like the roof vents in the rain fly - this tent was thoughtfully made and I appreciate it!

Bessport 4 person tent.
This is a review of the Bessport Highland 4 person tent. Seems the only information I can find on it is at Amazon’s website for other countries.https://www.amazon.ca/Bessport-Lightweight-Backpacking-Waterproof-Mountaineering/dp/B088H983D5#customerReviewsI have the 2 man Bessport tent which I occasionally use when I have to carry the equipment very far. Off track, but that is a great little tent. I have never had an issue with mine, but a camping companion that did have one got fast solutions from customer support. This 4 man tent is basically the same design, with a few tweaks and heavier poles and stakes. The doors are much larger, and getting an inflated mattress or large camping gear is a lot easier. I would like to see better instructions, or videos, on setting up and taking down. That would help a lot.It does seem a lighter, thinner material. You can literally see thru the tent without the rain fly. The floor is significantly thinner, and I suggest a ground cloth. I already ordered a 104x80” ground cloth from here on Amazon. Inside I use a “custom” floor padding, (moving blanket from a local hardware store). Since I am camping on my own now, I replaced my queen sized mattress with a smaller one.As with most tents, I got better stakes and guy lines. However, the stakes that come with this tent actually have points on the ends and appear to be some kind of coated aluminum. If used at the suggested 45 degree angle, they would probably work well. I am sure they will bend if you try and beat them thru stone, like apparently a lot of people try who complain about the stakes. I still replace them with better quality stakes that are about 10” long. I also replace the guy lines with reflective paracord, but like the stakes, the included guy lines will probably work. All seams on the bottom of the “tub” and rain fly are taped. The tent has no electrical cord opening, but with the vestibules you should be able to leave one of the doors open enough without rain or cold getting in. Because of the light material, I would be hesitant to use this in the winter. All the doors have nice zippers which are smooth. The zippers in the rain fly have Velcro holding a rain cover over the zippers. I personally like having two nice big two doors. The tent itself is tall, but at about 62 inches, not tall enough to stand up in.The poles are a nice aluminum with an anodized finish. There are no windows, but rain fly would be easy to raise up high enough to expose some mesh. Two sides have two huge vents approximately 48 inches wide and the kickstands hold them open 4”. There are well placed guy lines that hold rain fly away for tent poles, allowing more airflow. If you put up the top center net, you block off the hook for your light. The “tub” on the bottom goes up about 7 inches and the rain fly goes below that point. If both are waterproof, rain shouldn’t become a roommate. Setup is not hard, but with all the hooks to connect the tent to the poles, it can get confusing. I used one white and one red paint marker to mark which hooks go to which long pole. It seemed a lot easier for me to set it up after it was stake down on all four corners. I also place the top center hook on the top pole, so both poles are supporting the tent. In the past I said I would prefer just hooks, but after having one off on this tent rip off, I see the advantage of the sleeves. They don’t rip off. There are also two shorter poles, which go horizontally across the tent and fit in the grommets on the mesh. It is a lot easier to put these in before the rain fly goes on. I also spray the rain fly, lower part of the tent and seams that are not taped with silicone waterproofing.I would easily suggest this tent for the casual camper, that is not expecting really bad weather, wants a lot of room, and easy setup and take down.

Absolutely Awesome!
Love this tent! So easy to set up. Good quality rain proof materials. Its light and great for my ruck sack. Just my dog and I sleep in it so plenty of room and would definitely be roomy enough for 2 people. Love the two doors and vents on the rain fly.

Ottima tenda
