I carefully inspected the intact bottle to verify that it was ok and it was - no cracks or any problems with the seal - so I wrote to customer service to inform them of the problem, letting them know that I did in fact have one fully intact bottle and requesting another two bottles as replacements. They sent me three, and sent it very fast - I think it was 1 day shipping but I can't swear to that... but it was fast. Then they checked up after delivery to make sure everything arrived safely.
