No glaze so it will absorb water and get darker when you water the plant.

I assume you're looking for country of origin? While I don't know that they do have their own external website w a contact section where they'll answer questions. And I have approx 35+ plant containers. Most are clay or ceramic. I keep them indoors and use plastic planter pots within. But this brand is one of the best made out there. Definitely for this price point. Hope this helps.

Without overfilling, can water seep through the material of the saucer to the floor underneath?

Yes, the saucer only stops soil from going out the drainage hole and allows water

Since the 10” size is inaccurate, wondering what the accurate size of the 8”?

If you look on the listing I believe it says the external diameter is 7.8” and internal is 7.3” in width. I have found that this can be the case with a lot of pots and plant containers? Meaning they will be listed as 8” diameter but in reality hold a slightly smaller pot. Hope this helps.
