PEBEOStudio Acrylics Auxiliaries, Bindex Acrylic Binder, 250 ml

Bought this binder for easier work with layers with my acrylic paintings. Makes the work much easier.Also use it, preparing the paper for acrylic (when I work with the Bristol of watercolor paper).The binder is easy to distribute over the paper and does not need to be diluted (but could be).

I use mediums such as this to make my premade bottled paint colors more translucent when needed. I found I needed to use more of this to make my whites translucent than I did using a liquitex brand medium, but in the end I got it to work as I wanted it to and the price wasn't too high. Overall I'd say it's a good product, though I haven't been using it for long enough to attest to any long-term issues that could arise, such as yellowing, But the description says it won't so I'm hoping for the best!

Great for a medium in acrylic pours, unfortunately very hard to get takes up to 2-3 months.

I use this to seal my canvas boards. It helps with warping. I really like this product.

I am new to mixed media and purchased this for a specific project in conjunction with the Gel Press plate. It turned out great.

A great binder

The bottle was not sealed well and was leaking. A mess. You might want to do a little more taping or sealing to prevent this. Im sure the product is fine and not a whole lot missing. Thanks

Excellent product and great price. I use it for my acrylic paintings and for Liquid acrylic pours and works very nicely. Also works well with the torch for developing cells in the pours. Will continue to buy.

I really like this stuff. I use acrylic on raw canvas and often have to dilute paint to provide coverage and also to soak into the fabric. This does and excellent job and has similar quality to Liquitex or Owatrol Floetrol pouring mediums at half the price. I've also added this to materials like crushed dirt and crushed charcoal to make my own "paints" and it holds everything together nicely. This paints well onto hard board and paper and goes on top of layers of acrylic smoothly and easily.Drying times seem pretty reasonable.Washing up is the same as for any normal acrylic based solution.I've just logged in to buy some more, because it really is a great product!

I am very pleased with this product.It is useful for so many different purposes,from protecting work, being a barrier between paint layers to being a good transparent glue if required for mixed media

I haven't used an acrylics medium before and needed some for my first foray into collage. This seemed to do the job, the collage papers stay in place and have a nice sheen to them when it dried. I have made several collage pieces large and small and there is still a lot left.

wonderful stuff and so verstatile in mixed media applications. As well as it's suitablilty for collages I find it an excellent medium for acrylic paints
