Far too coarse
The salt is pressed in little pyramides, the largest one are around 1 cm, hard to take 'a pinch' of that, it's more like 1/4 teaspoon. The cardboard is fixed with double-sided tape to the top and bottom of the glass, so it will stick in the cupboard, not really happy about this purchase.

Mmm so tasty!
Absolutely love the flavour that this imparts to scrambled, poached eggs and all kinds of cheese and pasta dishes. Would have given it a 5 but the cardboard wraparound labeling is a pain, especially as there is no branding on the glass jar!
