UPDATE ON 5-9-22 (purchased late 2020):This has been a trusted headset and gotten a lot of use. Clients haven’t had any problem hearing me, and I’m happy enough with this headset that I just bought a replacement.Yep. It only had a 1.5-year lifespan before it got a short in the cord. But at this low cost and with the use I’ve gotten out of it, I’m not upset. Just sharing in case it helps others.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I’ve worked virtually since before it was fashionable. As a result, I’ve tried a lot of headphones over the years. In 2020, I decided to try a wide range of headphones to see which one worked best for me after all.I tried eight altogether and returned seven. Not entirely a con because MOST one-ear headsets slip off my head for the same reason.

It is ideal for people with large heads like me, lol. It is flexible, and doesn't crack. It is soft on the ear.

Works like a charm. Zoom meetings are now way better. I can hear them and they can hear me. Incredibly clear. Definitely recommend.

Worked fine for 4 months and then the mic stopped working. Contacted manufacturer because amazon wants to charge $8 restocking fee if i return with them.

I love my headsets I hear clearly and I’m using the Avaya system.
