Poor help as customer care
The operation manual provided does not give any detail for protection of the operator or what type of PPE he need offer.When talked to Kitano customer care , was very rude , he told it on the lebel liquid, I requested if it was mentioned in the manual , would have better for us , but he rudely told me to not phone again and return the machine , insptite of my some suggestion to incorpotate on the protection matter in operation manual.However I found the machine is working nicely .

The product was easy to use and nice and good flow of spray.. happy with the purchase. Also the product appears new and unused unlike some other fumigation spray I purchase and returned.

A brownish liquid is oozing out while sanitizing
The built quality of the product is good. i have bought the liquid coming along with it ( FDA & CDC Approved Disinfectant) but while sanitizing a brownish liquid oozing out from the holes provided for fog spray...kindly help
