Q: How wide is the sleeve at top & bottom?

3/4 length sleeve with a fake cuff. I am average 5’7” -170 Pounds and plenty of arm room at elbow and shoulder.

Q: Will the cuff stay up if you roll it once?

Yes I believe it will, It is made for the cuff to roll up.

Q: I bought a large do they shrink?

Mine has not shrunk but I always wash in cold water. I also don't dry on the highest heat. It says they are 100% cotton so guessing it's possble to shrink in hot water and high dryer heat but I don't know that for sure.
