Reliable and fun
Bought this for my wife's birthday, and she's loved it. It was hard to find the larger size, but this was exactly what she wanted. If you flip it upside down, you can see exactly where the shape will be cut over your photo, and the blade works great. Before first use, take a piece of aluminum foil, fold it over several times, and use the punch on it several times. This will help take off some of the burs and snags that are on the blade.

The item was delivered really quick and it was in perfect condition. I tried it right away and used it on all sorts of papers, and it works fine. I recommend the seller and the item as well. Next time I need anything crafty from abroad, this is the place I'll start looking.

NOT correct size
I ordered a 3-1/2" punch, it cuts out a 2". The inset is just under 2". I threw packing away so I can't return.Shame on me I didn't read comments, others said the punch did not cut 3-1/2" squares.

Broke
I got to use this punch twice before something happened To it. It somehow got on the line and I cannot get the metal blades to re align at all so when you close it only half connects it doesn't punch all the way through because a piece of the metal corner is butting up against another piece of the metal. I'm really disappointed.

is easy to use
Just the size I was looking for to punch out square stickers for my small business - the squares measure about 2.25 inches. The punch works well, is easy to use, and I love that I'm able to turn it upside down to see exactly where I'm punching.

Love it, use it a lot!
I bought this punch for a specific project but know that I have it I use it quite often. This lever style is so much easier to punch and doesn't make my hand hurt after using it to punch a lot of shapes at one time.

Smaller than expected
I needed a 3" x 3" square. This measures 3" diagonally. I would like to return it, but it costs as much as the product itself to ship it back. I guess I will find something to do with it, but I'm disappointed and will be more careful before ording it again.
