It has a nice output power and comes with amazing diffusers that provide a nice soft light spread. It has a good throw, and very high CRI. Build quality is very solid and has a premium feel to it. It has one knob on the back and they are awesome, and you can set one of the lights as master and the rest as slaves, which is great if you are behind the camera and want to see changes made in real time all your lights at the same time like your fill and key lights. No more moving from behind the monitor to fiddle with each light, it's just amazing that you can operate many lights at once. I love that having the light controls on the back of the unit not separate like how aputure does is a plus for me specially if for traveling light and I want to pack the lights all together not the lights and all the electrical stuff separately, however, it would have been nice for $350 lights if it came with a battery as well for the price. The back of the light has a heat-sink design, be careful that it get hot with prolonged period of use.For those of you looking for a way to mount gels or diffusion, this is not necessarily anymore, as it's full 360 RGB and you can pick any light color you can ever imagine. it is just a great light, and I am very pleased with it. they look very solid and i'm sure they will even outlast me. Purchased these for a low budget spec project. They come loaded with customizable features and settings. They offer great light output and perform as well or better than their more expensive counterparts. They are great for effect lighting, portrait style lighting, interviews, accent lighting, chroma key lighting, etc. they are lightweight, easy to set-up and break down. Carrying case is also a great selling point too. They also provide a very well-balanced range of color temperatures that can be matched to any light source, so they are extremely useful in amplifying natural or available lighting conditions without requiring additional color filtration. Haven’t purchased the battery packs (sold separately) but the value and ability to upgrade around the basic three-point set-up makes this lighting package a winner.

I had been wanting some RGB lights to give my video background that colored look and these do the trick and more. They're super bright, colorful and easy to use. Setup is a breeze as well just plug in and you're good to go. Price is slightly expensive but they take care of all of your lighting needs and then some so definitely worth the investment.

I purchased the lights several months ago for filmmaking after a long period of researching. The lights are amazing and at a reasonable price. They are portable, lightweight, durable, and bright. Clients like the improvements in my scenes. The video has more depth and less distortion.I found the colors to be accurate and brightness levels to be on par with several of my other lights. Adjusting the lights is easy with the knob in the back, although; I wish it had a remote or app. The carrying case is nicely padded and keeps everything snug and tight.Setup takes about 15-20 minutes, although; if you have batteries for the lights time is reduced. The lights produce very little to no noise. This is extremely good for my filmmaking and saves time in editing out the background audio. My favorite feature is the battery aspect of the lights. It allows the lights to be portable and require no outlets making it more functional.Overall, I am very impressed with the quality, noise, brightness, and weight of the light kit. I will be using the kit for several years before upgrading.

My setup is truly professional now.I stream twice a week on Twitch, film auditions for film and TV, and perform live music. These lights work for every situation. The RGB settings are great for color correcting or just setting a cool vibe. And the temperature range for using the white light, and the dimmable options make this an all-in-one light.When I'm shooting audition videos I use two lights facing me and one for back lighting (the pic with the blue background is an example of the finished product). The light behind you really gives depth to your surroundings and lights you up as well.When I'm streaming a music show I use two lights aimed behind me in two different colors and the third on my face (that's the picture with the blue and pink in the background). I only have a GoPro 4 silver, but the lighting makes it look pretty darn good. There's a 4th little light (different product) that's casting a yellow glow as well.These are much stronger lights than the ones I had before. I didn't realize that I needed more light power until I got these.The other settings will be handy with any short films I will make at home. The police colors and thunder settings are realistic. So many possibilities.
