From Jaded Tech Skeptic to True Believer: The VSITOO S3 Pro is a Work of Art and Engineering.
I have a complicated relationship with "smart" devices. For years, I dismissed the entire category of the smart coffee mug as the apex of unnecessary luxury. A heated mug? It seemed like the ultimate first world problem. My coworker, a man I respect deeply, had been a longtime user of an Ember coffee mug. While he enjoyed it, his complaints were consistent: "It's a bit delicate," and "I wish the battery lasted through my long lectures." When his department got a few VSITOO S3 Pro Smart Mugs for a product testing lab, he brought one over to me. "Try this," he said. "I think this is more your speed." He was right. After one week of using his lab sample, I immediately ordered my own. My initial impression was that this was a tool designed for an adult. The VSITOO S3 Pro has a utilitarian elegance that appealed to me instantly. The brushed stainless steel version I purchased is stunning. It lacks any flashy logos or gimmicky design elements; it's all clean lines and profound solidity. The premium construction is palpable. The 316 stainless steel feels indestructible and inert, promising no flavor transfer. The IPX7 waterproof rating was a major selling point for me, as I often rinse my mugs hastily between cups. Knowing the electronics are fully sealed against water damage is a significant relief. The lid, with its secure locking mechanism, is a masterpiece of design. I can toss this heated travel mug into my leather briefcase alongside my books and laptop with absolute confidence. It has survived being knocked off a lectern by an errant cable onto a linoleum floor without a dent or a scratch, a testament to its scratch-resistant coating and robust build. My daily routine is a perfect crucible for testing any temperature control mug. My days are busy, solitary research hours and back-to-back. Before the VSITOO, my coffee consumption was binary: I would either chug it quickly before a commitment or abandon it to its cooling fate, only to rediscover it later as a cold, forgotten relic. This self heating mug has revolutionized that dynamic. My new ritual is simple: I brew my tea or coffee, pour it into the mug, and set my desired temperature via the tactile single-touch button—138°F for my black tea, 145°F for my afternoon coffee. I can then walk to a 90-minute faculty meeting, and here is the miracle: when the meeting concludes, my tea is still at 138°F. It is not "warm." It is perfect. The smart temperature control is so precise that it preserves the entire character of the beverage. A delicate Darjeeling doesn't get stewed; it remains floral and nuanced until the final sip. The comparison to the more well-known Ember Mug 2 is not just favorable for the VSITOO; it is stark. The reliance of the Ember on its charging coaster feels like an archaic limitation. The VSITOO S3 Pro, with its long-lasting internal battery, offers true freedom of movement. I can carry it from my office, to the library, to a seminar room across campus, and it is a self-contained, perfectly heated system. The promised 2-4 hours of heat is not marketing fluff; I consistently achieve a solid 3.5 hours, which is more than enough to cover even the most protracted academic deliberations. As a heated travel mug for navigating a large university campus, it is peerless. Furthermore, the durability is in a different league. The stainless steel interior doesn't stain or retain odors like the coated interior of my colleague's older Ember Mug. This heated coffee cup is built not for a product lifecycle, but for a decade of daily use. The AI sensor that automatically initiates heating is genius precisely because of its simplicity. You do not need to be technologically adept to use this mug. It possesses an intuitive intelligence. The coffee cup warmer functionality is entirely autonomous. And the critical safety features the auto-shutoff and the dry-boil protectionism mean I operate with zero cognitive load. I never worry about leaving it on. It is a truly "set it and forget it" device that delivers relentless, unwavering performance. This temperature control smart mug has transcended its status as a gadget. It has become a seamless, integrated part of my professional life, a small but profound pillar of consistency and quality in an otherwise chaotic schedule. It is a product that earns its five-star rating not through flashy features, but through flawless, thoughtful, and robust execution.

Quality, price, performance...this is the clear winner.
This product is one I cannot live without! I purchased this model for the office because the one I have at home was transformative in how I enjoy my morning beverage. Before VSITOO, I used to constantly put my mug in the microwave--which resulted in a back-and-forth of lukewarm and scalding dissatisfaction. Now, I can take my time, read the news, reply to emails, attend meetings, and enjoy a perfectly heated beverage all morning long. And the sophistication and build-quality of the S3 Pro (with easy-to-use settings on the mug OR through the free app) means I will continue to have this satisfying morning experience well into the future.

Update: stopped charging, chipping on enamel has gotten worse from just basic washing.
I've been using this for about a month now at work. I work in as tech at an art school, and am frequently called on to rush to one of the 8 or so buildings to fix things unexpectedly, so my solution was a smart mug or thermos - I've used thermos' before and they work great but are hard to clean without a dishwasher, and I wanted something I could leave at a specific temp if I needed to run out quickly without my coffee cooling off too much. This works almost perfectly for my purposes. Is it worth 100ish bucks? Probably not. Your coffee will stay hot for 8 hours or so in a thermos type container. But if you think it's cool, go for it. The software for android works, but it's kind of a hassle and was fidgety with setting specific temps and when I get to work I don't want to open an app and connect to BT just to drink my coffee. I found it easier to just hold the button under the mug down (AFTER adding coffee - it will auto shut down if no heat is detected, a feature I do like) which powers it on and will restore the mug to the temperature you had selected when you powered it down. I like that it remembers. Touch control is a bit skittish but works well, especially after I updated the firmware - which works via bluetooth in the app - it took me about 30 tries before it fully downloaded and installed. Maybe network interference. The settings are written in Centigrade, not Fahrenheit, which can be confusing for those unfamiliar. I found keeping the touch light button set to 55C (131F) was the perfect drinking temp. It goes up two more notches, up to 65C, which to me was a bit too hot. 55 or the next step up are the settings I find to be most comfortable for me. You can use the app to dial in a specific temp in theory but the notched touch setting works good enough. You can use the mug off the charger, but I keep it on my desk because I never really take it on walks. The charge time appears to be sufficient. The mug will shut off if it detects that there's nothing in mug to heat up (eventually), to protect the circuitry inside. It can be washed by hand quickly and easily. The metal with enamel coating is fine, but the handle came with a tiny chip in it (I highlighted the chip in the photo - it's blurry) small issue for me, considering an alternative Ember mug is about 50 bucks more than what I payed at the time of purchase, but paying 100 bucks for a fancy mug and the first thing I see is a tiny chip in it was a bit unsettling. Maybe I'm just unlucky. That said, the packaging was a near-Apple level experience, making me feel like it might be a massive waste if the mugs are still going to come chipped. I'm a critical person, but these things are very small when considering the value and performance, in my opnion. The handle of the mug is wide enough to hold comfortably, but has no "meat" to it due to probably trying to make is less heavy, but once you get used to it isn't a problem. It'd be nice if the handle was more ergonomic in some way, but not really a big deal. The mug is fairly heavy, but not much heavier than a solid, decent ceramic mug. The charger is proprietary as far as I can tell, which is a bit annoying since I often want to bring the coaster charge plate and mug home for a long weekend but wrapping up the charger is a hassle. I have many GaN and smart chargers from wattages going to 120W+ so I don't understand why I need to use THIS usb-C charger. A bit annoying but minor. I really really like this mug. It's not without it's minor flaws, but I found most of them to be small enough to give it a pass. It keeps my coffee where I like it, and looks pretty sharp, and that's worth saving 50 or so bucks! I say if you're thinking about it, give this one a solid try - worst case, you return it if you decide it's not for you. Update: My mug just randomly stopped charging up. The light comes when on the base, but it doesn't seem to be taking a charge. I'm not sure what the deal is but now I own a very expensive not-great mug. Just buy an embr.

No more lukewarm coffee!
I’ve been testing this Self-Heating Smart Mug, and it has been a complete game changer for my morning routine. I’m someone who gets caught up in emails or projects and constantly forgets about my coffee, so having a mug that not only keeps it warm but actually senses and adjusts to the perfect temperature is a level of convenience I didn’t know I needed. The heating is quiet and seamless. You don’t notice anything happening, you just realize your drink never slips into that lukewarm, unappealing stage. The mug feels well made, the design is clean, and the battery life has held up surprisingly well during long work sessions. I ordered the copper color and love how chic it is! I also appreciate that it works automatically. There’s no fiddling with settings or trying to guess the right temperature. It just gets it right every time. And no need to be tethered to a docking station. This works on your schedule and routine, not at the mercy of an outlet. If you’re a coffee or tea person and want something that genuinely improves your daily routine, this smart mug is worth trying. It’s one of those products you don’t realize you’ll use constantly until you have it.

Mug Works Great. App…Meh
I have used a Yeti 14 oz. mug for several years. It keeps my coffee hot, and the double-insulated walls and lid have a lot to do with this. As long as I finish my coffee in a reasonable amount of time, it’s hot enough for me to enjoy. This mug is 16 oz. It works great because it does keep my coffee hot and it does stay hot for as long as I need. Where it fails is the app. The app will sometimes simply turn off the mug, and the coffee goes cold quickly. It does this because the walls are not double insulated and the lid is not nearly as secure as my Yeti mug. The app will turn off the mug sometimes just when I’m switching from one app to another. It’s not stable. And when I say, the coffee goes cold, I mean it goes cold very fast. The only fix that I have is to keep the app on, and monitoring, the entire time I am drinking my coffee. It’s more of an inconvenience, but it *can* be a big inconvenience, especially when I am driving and using my phone as my GPS, and drinking coffee. The good thing is I can quickly reheat my coffee on the app. But again, it requires constant monitoring. I’m keeping the mug because I like the size and the convenience when I’m sitting at my desk and having hot coffee. I did not buy an Ember mug because of the price, but I am now considering buying one to see if this is an issue that I can avoid with them.

The VSITOO S3 Pro A Masterpiece for the Home Office.
Let me paint you a picture of my pre-VSITOO life. I transitioned to working from home full-time over five years ago and while I love the flexibility, it completely destroyed my coffee ritual. I'm a coffee enthusiast. I grind my own beans, use a precision brewer and the entire process is a morning meditation. But then, reality would hit. I'd pour that perfect, steaming cup of coffee, carry it to my desk and take that first, glorious sip. And then, the inevitable would happen. An urgent email would land and I would get sucked into the vortex of work. I'd return to my desk, reach for my mug and be met with the profound disappointment of cold coffee. My solution? The microwave. I knew it was a cardinal sin, a practice that utterly murdered whatever flavor remained, but I was desperate. This was my daily cycle: brew greatness, then systematically destroy it. I knew about smart mugs. A colleague had an Ember Mug 2 and swore by it. I was tempted, but the reviews about its short battery life and fragile ceramic coating gave me pause. It seemed like a product with a great idea but flawed execution. Then, during a deep dive into alternatives, I discovered the VSITOO S3 Pro Smart Mug. The specifications stopped my scroll: dual-walled 316 stainless steel, a scratch-resistant coating, a promised 2-4 hour battery life, and an IPX7 waterproof rating. This sounded less like a fragile gadget and more like a serious piece of equipment. The mention of it being a heated coffee mug rechargeable via USB-C was also a plus. I decided to take the plunge and I can say, without a shred of hyperbole, that it has fundamentally transformed my daily work life. The unboxing experience immediately set the tone. This wasn't packaged like a disposable gadget; it felt premium. The mug itself, in the matte black finish I selected, was a vision of understated elegance. The first thing I noticed was the weight and solidity. It has a satisfying heft that communicates durability without being cumbersome. The dual-walled 316 stainless steel construction isn't just a bullet point on a box; you can feel it. It feels robust, like it could withstand the minor bumps and knocks of daily life. The exterior coating is smooth yet grippy, and it just feels expensive. The lid was a particular point of admiration. It clicks into place with a definitive, resonant snap that screams precision engineering. I conducted an immediate leak test—vigorously shaking it over the sink—and not a single drop escaped. This was a heated travel mug built for the real-world journey from my kitchen to my home office, not just for sitting statically on a coaster. The true magic, however, begins the moment you pour your coffee in. The built-in AI sensor is so seamless it feels like witchcraft. There is no fumbling for a button or opening an app. You simply pour your freshly brewed coffee and within seconds, you can feel a gentle, uniform warmth emanating through the mug's walls. It’s an "it just works" moment that is incredibly satisfying. I am a creature of habit and I've found my sweet spot at 142°F. It's hot enough to feel deeply comforting and release the aromatics, but cool enough to sip comfortably without any scalding. Using the single-touch button on the mug's base is intuitive; a quick press cycles through the temperature presets and the LED indicator is clear and unobtrusive. While the physical button is fantastic for quick adjustments, the Vsitoo app unlocks another layer of precision. Pairing was instantaneous. Through the app, I can set the temperature to the exact degree, monitor the real-time temperature of my beverage and most importantly, extend the auto-shutoff timer to the full 4 hours. Watching the app maintain a perfectly straight line at 142°F is a thing of beauty for a data-driven person like me. The smart temperature control is the star of the show. It’s not merely "keeping it warm"; it's actively maintaining a precise, optimal drinking temperature. For the first time, my coffee is not just a beverage that starts hot and ends cold; it's a consistent, perfect experience from the first nuanced sip until the very last, even if that last sip is two and a half hours later. This is where the comparison with my colleague's Ember Temperature Control Smart Mug 2 becomes inevitable. The VSITOO S3 Pro isn't just a competitor; it feels like a generational leap. The most significant advantage is battery life. My colleague constantly laments how his Ember mug needs its charging coaster after about 90 minutes. The VSITOO, on a full charge, consistently delivers 3.5 to 4 hours of continuous heating at my preferred temperature. This is a monumental difference. It means I can go through my entire morning deep-work session without a single thought about power. The switch from a ceramic-coated interior to the industrial-grade 316 stainless steel is a game-changer for maintenance and longevity. His Ember stained easily and eventually chipped. My VSITOO wipes completely clean with a simple rinse and shows zero signs of wear after two months of heavy use. The scratch-resistant coating on the exterior is equally impressive; it still looks as pristine as the day I unboxed it. The intelligent safety features provide a profound sense of peace of mind. The dry-boil protection has activated on at least three occasions when I was pulled into a marathon conference call and forgot I had finished my coffee. I returned to my desk to find the mug cool to the touch and a notification in the app. It’s this thoughtful engineering that elevates it from a simple coffee cup warmer to a truly smart appliance. It protects itself and by extension, my desk and home. The automatic shut-off, which I have set to 2 hours for safety, means I never have that nagging anxiety that I've left an electric coffee mug on while I've stepped away. In conclusion, the VSITOO S3 Pro has done more than just keep my coffee hot. It has restored the integrity of my morning ritual. It has given me the freedom to become immersed in my work without sacrificing one of my life's small, daily pleasures. It is, without question, the most impactful and satisfying product I've purchased this year. For anyone working from home who views their coffee as more than just caffeine, this self-heating coffee mug is not an indulgence; it's an essential tool for a better quality of life. It has made my previous skepticism about smart mugs feel utterly foolish.

VSITOO electric mug
It's a pretty good cup but has some problems. For one thing is it gets very hot almost to the point you can't hold it by the body. I have an electric Happiness mug and it never gets hot at all. Another thing is the controls for temperature setting are not well made. You have to tap/touch on the lower mug body to set it but it does not easily respond. I end up having to sort of slide my finger across the cup body and it's hit or miss until you get lucky. Bad design. Another problem is the on/off switch which is on the bottom. Not the smartest place to put it. After you remove the mug from the charger it automatically turns on. Why is that? There's nothing in the mug. Why world it already turn on? If you don't notice it you will waste the battery with nothing in the cup until it turns itself off. Bad design. Another problem is the straw hole in the middle of the lid. It has a little rubber grommet which starts coming loose after you use the mug for a while. The hole is very useful but I use a silicone straw to drink hot tea which goes in pretty tight. At first it seems very secure but after a few uses the grommet starts coming out when you pull out the straw. If you don't notice it can just drop on the floor and you'll never find it. Also the lid does not fit particularly securely. It's borderline loose. If the cup ever tips over that lid will definitely fly out and everything will spill out. In the case of hot liquid is pretty dangerous. My other cup has a lid that seals very tightly. This cup does keep the liquids hot but the capacity somehow feels less than the advertised 16oz. My other mug is also 16oz but I don't get a sense that it's less than that. Maybe it's an illusion. Not sure about that. In the end the only advantage this cup has over my other one is the fact that the lid has a straw hole. So if I get a lid with a hole for the other cup it would beat this cup in every way. Overall the straw hole is this cup's only good idea. Everything else is bad design.

The Perfect Gift? This Was It. The VSITOO S3 Pro Silenced My Dad's 'Cold Coffee' Lament For Good.
Finding a meaningful gift for my husband, Michael, is an annual challenge. The man is not materialistic and tends to buy what he needs when he needs it. However, one of his most consistent, low-grade complaints centered on his coffee. He works from a dedicated home office, and his pattern was tragically predictable. He would brew a pot of excellent, locally-roasted coffee, pour a cup, and get immediately distracted by a work crisis, a phone call, or helping our kids with their homework. He'd return to his desk thirty, sixty, ninety minutes later, pick up his mug, and sigh. "Another perfect cup of coffee, murdered by time," he'd joke, but I could tell it genuinely bothered him. The microwave was his reluctant executioner, turning what was left into a bitter, hot liquid that bore little resemblance to coffee. I'd heard him mention the Ember Mug once or twice, but the price for what I perceived as a simple mug warmer seemed exorbitant. This past Christmas, I was determined to solve his cold coffee problem. I spent an entire evening researching heated mugs and stumbled upon the VSITOO S3 Pro Heated Coffee Mug. The reviews were overwhelmingly positive, but it was the specific features that sold me: the 316 stainless steel construction (Michael hates anything that feels cheap), the IPX7 rating (he's a messy rinser), and the extended battery life. It seemed more substantial, more engineered, than the competing Ember mug 2. I took a chance, and the reaction was better than I could have ever imagined. The unboxing experience on Christmas morning immediately set the stage. The packaging was minimalist and sophisticated. When Michael lifted the VSITOO S3 Pro from the box (in the elegant navy blue I chose), his first comment was about its design. "Wow, this feels incredible," he said, turning it over in his hands. He's a designer by trade, so aesthetics and build quality are paramount to him. He noted the perfect balance, the high-quality, non-slip finish, and the precision-machined lid that sealed with an authoritative, satisfying click. "This doesn't feel like a gadget; it feels like a very well-made thermos that had a baby with a piece of modern art," he declared. I knew right then I had hit a home run. The real test came the next morning. I watched him as he poured his coffee. He saw the LED light on the base illuminate. "It's on already?" he said, surprised by the AI sensor. He pressed the button, figured out the temperature settings in about five seconds, and settled on 145°F. Then, as fate would have it, our youngest daughter spilled her orange juice, causing a fifteen-minute cleanup operation. When he finally returned to his coffee, he picked up the self-heating coffee mug and took a sip. His eyes widened. "No way," he said. "It's... it's exactly the same. This is unbelievable." The look of genuine astonishment on his face was worth every penny. For Michael, the greatest benefit of this smart coffee mug is the cognitive freedom it provides. He no longer has to choose between addressing a work emergency and enjoying his coffee. The mug does all the work silently and efficiently in the background. The battery life is perfectly suited to his workday; he charges it overnight, and it lasts him from 7 AM until his mid-morning break without any issue. The dry-boil protection has already activated a few times, which he appreciates as it shows the product is intelligently protecting its own components. He's also used it for green tea, setting a lower temperature of 130°F, and has been equally impressed. This temperature controlled mug is incredibly versatile. As the gift-giver, this was an unqualified success. It solved a genuine, daily, low-grade frustration in his life with such elegance and efficiency that it felt like magic. He has told me repeatedly it's one of the most thoughtful and consistently used gifts he's ever received. When his friends who own the Ember Temperature Control Smart Mug 2 are over, he proudly shows off his VSITOO S3 Pro, pointing out the superior battery life and the more resilient, professional build. This heated mug for coffee has not only saved my husband's coffee but has also, in his words, "given him back those little moments of peace" in his busy day. If you are searching for an ideal gift solution for a coffee lover in your life, your search ends here. The VSITOO delivers on every single promise and has brought a simple, yet profound, layer of joy and convenience to our daily routine. It is a masterpiece of practical design.

Vendedor muito bom. Produto ok.
O vendedor cumpriu exatamente o descrito. Dele eu não tenho o que reclamar. Já o produto achei bem ok considerando o valor. Bateria dura pouco.

A great smart coffee cup at a reasonable price.
This is my second smart coffee cup. The first shall not be named and this one is way more reliable with the Bluetooth connection to my Android phone, I appreciate being able to change the temp on the cup without needing the app. The charging coaster is a much smarter design than my previous cup IMHO. It's also much less expensive and a better value.
