Why did you pick this product vs others?: Excellent quality! I previously bought another brand of USB cord and they'd always fail quickly, within exactly three months of buying them, so I tried this brand instead and I'm so glad i did. I'm really pleased with the quality and I like that they're lightweight and have a braided cord. The brand I used before were heavier cords and i felt that the weight of the cord added stress that loosened the USB plug on my device. I now have several of these Belkin cords, in two different lengths and two different colors, for all my devices and I think they're the best I've bought so far. I love the quality.

Just recently bought this Belkin BoostCharge USB‑C cable, for my new iPhone 16 and for my CarPlay setup, and it's exactly what I was hoping for. Cable quality: Belkin says these are good for 30,000 bends because of its reinforced braided nylon covering, considering the last Belkin cable worked great until apple changed to a USB-C, I believe them. The cable feels rugged and I’ve never noticed wear on any previous Belkin cables. Charging speed: I dont think it supports USB‑C faster charging, probably because of the USB‑A connector BUT for Car Play, I don't really care that much. For the price, it's a solid enough purchase

Bought for an iphone charger since Apple doesn’t sell a USB to C cable now for some reason. Doesn’t charge as quickly as the branded charging cable, but still charges well enough. This Belkin cable is still holding up after a few months of use and my cat who likes to chew cords, so definitely durable enough for me.

After much frustration in attempting to set-up Android Auto in a 2025 Genesis I ordered this cable, voila, it solved the problem. Had tried several cables prior, but the Belkin was the solution.

My iPhone5 Pro stopped charging all of a sudden. I first thought it was the car but then I plugged the wire into a portable charger and it still didn't charge. So, it isn't the car. I tried to Google the problem and all resources said it was the wire (I only owned this wire 6 months). I read things like "You need to clean the ports with a toothpick." and "It needs to be a Apple branded product." When I asked someone in a electronic store they implied that it was because it was a braided cord and the wires must be torn in the inside and I just can't see it. It wasn't until I got to Best Buy's Geek Squad where they tested the wire and said it was my phone that was the problem. I was able to properly search for a solution after that. If your dumb iPhone no longer charges while connected to the USB-C cable, RESTART/REBOOT phone. (Image if I drove 1 hour to a Apple Store just for that to fix it.)
