easy to assemble, good solid bik,e perfect if you just want it for a cheap city runaround.

Over all good value , just a shame it came with a pre installed puncture!

I ordered this bike to make it convenient to cycle to work. As an extra precaution, I took out extra warranty insurance for two years that covers mechanical breakdown. As soon as I assembled the bike and took it for a spin, I noticed that the gear is unable to switch to gear one and glides endlessly. Morover the seat is unconfortable and had to fit a third party one. The bigger issue I have is that a little over a month of using the bike, the left pedal started working loose, presenting a serious safety hazard. I went to B&Q to buy a socket wrench to tighten the bolt, but no matter how many times I keep repeating it, the pedal would always work itself loose, which is really frustrating and inconvenient. Eventually one day coming back from work the pedal completely detached, and thank goodness I hadn't crashed. I saw in shock that the pedal square braket has completely eroded off, and appears to be made from cheap and soft aluminium instead of steel. I contacted the seller but the seller gave a lame excuse to not take resonsibility, even though I'm well within my warranty and consumer right. In currently in the process of filing a complaint to get a refund. For anyone who wishes to buy this bike, avoid at all costs. It is a faulty and dangerous product, and the seller is ripping you off.

Very happy with the purchase, partner loves it and now we can go on bike rides together, customer service was amazing too, had a little problem and they sorted it out ASAP and was lovely with it, if you need a day to day bike defo buy it :)

Very solid steel frame but lacks the gearing to make it more effective for low speed laden cycling. I would have preferred a twin gearing on the peddle crank to gain more gears high and low.

I wouldn't go near this bike if you are looking to commute to work or do anything more than a straight line.Easy-ish to assemble, lightweight and a great design but as a bike it is terrible.I could hardly turn the wheel without it catching the petals, I've already had to fix 3 flat tires, and I've only been out on it twice.Waste of money, you'd like to think that with this price bracket you'd get some a little more reliable.Now I am being told I am unable to get a refund, not due to the fault of the sellers, but just due to the terrible bike I have received.Go to a physical shop, do not buy online :P
