While these are typically used and designed for dips, I use them for holding tea strainers that leak water when you remove them from the tea pot. I time the steeping time carefully and exactly and re-use the tea for multiple steeps so I need something small that fits the strainer and prevents the water from spilling on the table or counter. These small saucers are the perfect size. I used to use bowls, which was overkill. They make a nice addition to your tea set.

The matte black is elegant. They seem sturdy- time will tell if they are durable. They came through the dishwasher without issue.

These are perfect little dip bowls. High quality. Well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I ordered two sets and over the total qty. of 8, I think a couple of them have minor imperfections in the finish, but I don't care. They're inexpensive and the quality is perfectly acceptable at this price point. Would purchase again in a heartbeat.

These are beautiful and match my set perfectly. their asymmetrical shape and matte color are unique. However , I wish they were bigger to fit actual dip. They are suitable for a personal service, not for a general dip in middle of the table.

I'm using this product for sauce dipping bowls. They work perfectly for that purpose, and are well glazed.

These bowls are the perfect size for soy sauce (or any other dipping sauce) and match well with our other stoneware for sushi night!

Ich habe diese Schalen als Geschenk bestellt und zum Glück vorher ausgepackt. Es ist nirgendwo geschrieben, dass der Boden weiß ist. Mich persönlich stört das bei Schälchen für Sushi. Erwartet hatte ich alles in schwarz. Die Farbe glänzt schön, jedoch an allen Schalen eine Unregelmäßigkeiten auf dem Rand, an welcher das weiß durchdrückt und damit sieht es aus als hätten die Schalen einen Fehler, eine kaputte Stelle. Leider zurück!

Lovely little dishes and not white and boring. Certainly a good addition to your table for sauces such as soy, balsamic, chilies. Small and interesting shape.
