This machine is literally perfect! The fully automated system is very smart and convenient. Honestly, it does everything a $400-$500 washing machine can do. The size is perfect! Even in a small bathroom like my, the machine won't take up much space but it can wash a whole lot. I washed a queen sheet with 4 king pillowcases and some pants. It worked perfectly! The spin-dry is next level. It spins so fast with almost no noise. The machine's spin-dry basically drys your clothes by about 90%. When they say there is no noise, they are no joking. I cannot even hear a thing. Overall I would 100% recommend this product.Some common concerns you might have:The water outlet is tight and secure, there will not be a leak. Hang the tube at least higher that the machine itself, you will be good.Noise is not an issuewater control is fully automatic, turn it on then just leave. No attention neededMany features with adjustable timing, water level, everything you need it on the panel.It is really a worth purchase!!!

The media could not be loaded. I live in a 600 square feet apartment and I have been thinking about getting a portable washer for a long time to avoid the community washing machines that people put bleach in and ruin my towels! Ugh! So finally I decided to get one and I wanted the best of the best. When it first arrived it was defective and when I tested it it leaked all over the floor oh no! I was so sad because when it came it looked so sturdy and amazing and super high quality and I was so sad to find a small faulty tube that leaked inside the machine booh! So I contacted customer support and (I don’t blame them they must get this a lot) but they immediately thought I didn’t put the tube above ground which I did because I read all the instructions of course. So it took a while to get them to understand it was a tube inside the machine that was leaking water out the bottom but with some videos and an email they got it. They were super apologetic, took full responsibility and then shipped out a brand new one with like two day shipping. It came so so fast and was brand spanking new without any need to return (I was paranoid they were going to make me lug that thing to the UPS store) but they just told me to trash it and here’s a new one! Wow! The new one works great! The only down side is the instruction manual needs to be more detailed we don’t quite know how to use it but we will get the hang of it! I love my new machine and I can’t wait to do laundry haha!

This is going to be a thorough review and I explain how I use some of the features. This little washer is ideal for a tiny apartment. I don't have regular hookups so wanted one that hooks up to my sink. It's short enough that I'm able to store it under my counter when it's not being used. It's the perfect size for one person or even a couple. I can fit 8-12 items in a load, depending on size of clothes. If I am washing jeans, 1 pair plus 3-4 tops make a load. I can even do my queen size sheets, but I wash the fitted sheet as one load and the flat sheet and pillow cases as another load. There are 6 program settings and 6 water levels to choose from. For most loads I select regular and water level 5. This is a 37 minute cycle (includes one rinse). Make sure to clean the lint trap at least every other load. It fills up fast but works really well at keeping lint off your clothes. It's very quiet when operating. Machine sounds at end of cycle and shuts off. Very happy with my purchase!

All the reviews I read said that connecting this washing machine to a faucet was easy, I disagree. The inlet to attach the connection on the washing machine is made of plastic and when I try to attach it to the provided connections, the fit isn’t exact. Since the threading is plastic it seems to warp and cause the fitting to not connect properly, the result is leaks which caused a flooding of water in my kitchen. The connection also leaks from the space where it attaches to the kitchen faucet. Because of these leaks, I have to fill the machine with water manually. I attached the hose to the kitchen faucet and set the other end directly into the washer (which causes a lot of back splash leakage). I have to stop the machine’s wash cycle after it’s done the wash portion because it’s not possible to run the full cycle because it’s not attached to the water automatically. I’ve been stopping the machine after it’s first wash and spin, then I run more water manually to create another wash and spin cycle in order for the clothes to be properly rinsed it’s a lot of extra, unnecessary work that could be resolved with a better inlet connection that’s made of better materials not plastic that wraps and causes leaks. I don’t know if I want to return this washer because it seems to do a good job otherwise. Also other reviewers said this machine is very quiet. I disagree, I live in an apartment building with thin walls but still, you can hear the washing machine running, it’s a very particular sound that would draw attention, in my opinion. I don’t really care about that aspect but some people might. It’s about as loud as my tv on normal volume which also can be heard in the hallways. If the manufacturer would improve the inlet connector, I would give this washer 5 stars, but as it is now, I rate it only stars for the leakage and inconvenience of having to fill this with water manually. I would also recommend getting a small appliance dolly as this washer isn’t lightweight. I can manage moving it slowly but it’s not lightweight as many reviewers stated.
