Seriously though, this has become an indispensable part of my daily routine. I quit using commercial toothpaste a while back and incorporated this into my brushing routine. My oral health is better today than it has ever been. My breath doesn't stink. My mouth is healthy, looks good and feels good. This is vastly more effective than just using a plastic tongue scraper.
