I had many hoses before, but many leaked in the end because of outer skin. This metal hose looks tough. One thing to note though, when it says 75 ft, it really is 75 feet, unlike coiled or fabric hoses. That's long, know your property dimension before you buy. It is reasonably flexible, yet rigid enough and won't be easily tangled up. I think it's heavier than heavy plastic rubber hoses, but not by much.

The connections to faucets are weak

I liked the hose very much but had a problem with it after about a year; I wrote to the company about this. They responded within a few hours. After my response to their questions, they are sending me a new hose. This showed excellent, rapid, and appreciated customer service.

Works good

No way to snag this hose on cement! Still light weight and easy to use and roll up.

It got tangled as soon as I tried to use it. It is also heavy, not light at all.

So lightweight that I can roll it up and roll it out by myself, and I don't have to fight the twist and kinks that I had with all my other hoses, makes it a pleasure to water my plants.

Have only used this hose once so far and it seems like a great hose. Flexible, doesn't go through all that expansion thing when turned on. At this point I would say the only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star was because of the black film it leaves on your bare hands when handling it. I wiped it down really good but it still did it when handled. I will use some cleaner today to see if that does the trick.

Cansado de esas mangueras verdes/rojas que se hacen duras con el frio, se enredan, se ahorcan, etc? pare de sufrir y cómprese esta. Me ha funcionado muy bien.

Offensichtlich war der Karton schon einmal geöffnet und der Schlauch unsorgfältig zurückgelegt worden. Es fehlen Angaben über die Maße, eine Übersicht über die Lieferbestandteile sowie eine Anleitung zum Anschluss an einen normalen (deutschen) Gartenwasserhahn. Der Schlauch lässt sich zwar mit viel Mühe und Kraftaufwand anschließen, tropft aber sehr stark. Wir suchen eine Möglichkeit, den Schlauch rasch abzunehmen, um z.B. einen anderen - längeren - Schlauch anbringen zu können, am besten einen Adapter mit 2 Anschlüssen (2-Wege-Verteiler). Es fehlen jegliche Hinweise auf geeignete Produkte!

Oh my gosh !!! I have only had this hose for a day but it’s the best thing ever. I hope it holds out.I have purchased expensive hoses, cheap hoses and everything in between and all were horrible. This is light weight, moves around well, rolls up well and does not kink up.Even the nozzle that I didn’t think I needed is great.I’m so happy I ordered a second one for my backyard.Please note: it makes my hands very dirty, but hoping this wears off in time. Not a deal breaker for me though as I wash my hands every time I come in anyway.

This hose does not recoil and is not as easy to use as the ones made of various materials and that are made to be lightweight and recoil but it is probably more durable because rodents, etc., will not easily be able to chew through it.
