Self Cleaning Bottom Loading Water Cooler Water Dispenser – Black Stainless Steel - 3 Temperature Settings - Hot, Room & Cold Water

We have a water distiller and fill the 5 gallon jugs with it and it's SO wonderful to have our water hot or cold!! It's quiet, efficient and such a wonderful addition to our kitchen!

In lieu of a $12k whole home reverse osmosis system, I decided to buy a water cooler. Since the Amazon Recommended one had several reviews about how its water pump would just up and die, I bought this one instead. So far, pretty happy with it. It isn't nearly as cold as some reviewers say. Not just my opinion, but a friend's, too. People have likened it to things like "a jet engine" and... wow is that the overstatement of the century. It's about as loud as a mini fridge. The noise isn't "constant" like some reviewers have said, either. Maybe every half hour or hour maybe, it kicks on for a few minutes. Then the unit is silent again for a while. My only real complaint is that the night light doesn't seem to have a sensor, or maybe it does but the sensor literally always thinks it's too dark where my unit is, so the light is always on. The switch on the back is easy to reach over the top so I've just turned it off unless I need it, like any other light switch.

Strike 1 - Got it home from the Post Office, plugged it in and turned on the hot water heating. We live at 8,300 feet and our boiling temperature is 197°. The hot water continually boiled over in the reservoir and onto the floor and heated up the other reservoirs so even the room temperature was hot. Called Brio and they said the temperature on the hot water is not adjustable and it was working as designed. If you live at altitude, pass this one by. Strike 2 - About 4 months after we put in service, I went to fill a glass and the pump would not come on. Since we were leaving for the day, I did not have time to check too close to see what the problem might be. The 5 gallon jug was over half full. Strike 3 - We cam home many hours later and found that the rest if the 5 gallon jug had been pumped onto the floor. What a mess. We've looked at the warranty and trying to figure out if it is even worth it to "return at our expense" and they may fix or replace at their discretion. We've started looking at what else is available locally and on line and have not made a decision. So we're stuck using a manual pump until we either send it back or get something else. I would have expected something better from Brio.

This cooler is operated by a pump which draws water upwards whereas other coolers are gravity fed. The motor noise is not overbearing and it only engages when in use. Small price to pay for the convenience of not having to lift jugs. This was the main selling point for me along with the UV sanitization. From someone who works close to pharma water manufacturing, the UV light is an added bonus because it mitigates bio burdens. Having a range of water temperatures is luxurious. I mix ambient and chilled water to the temp I prefer, or you can opt for scorching hot, freezing cold or ambient. I like that there is sufficient room between the spouts and drip tray to fill water bottles - I use liter size. The hot water button has a safety on it 👍 you dispense water by holding down the respective button located on top of the unit instead of bending down and holding open a tap and now I can never go back. Equipped with easy to read light indicators to communicate when it's heating, chilling, self sanitizing and needs to be refilled. It's sleek. IMO it will integrate nicely into any space. Otherwise, it's a water cooler and it does what it's meant to do. I use 5 gal jugs and haven't experienced any issues with the cooler or the water quality.

My original cooler (a different brand) started leaking. The cooler was given to me so I don't know how old it is. So I started researching to see what cooler to get. This cooler came up with a high review and I really liked the options on this. When I first hooked it up, it was noisy, but it didn't bother me. It wasn't loud, but you can hear it. I really liked it and didn't have any problems. The only thing I didn't like was I couldn't tell when the water was getting low without opening the bottom to see the water jug. My previous cooler had the water on top. However, it is much easier having the water jug at the bottom and don't have to worry about hurting my back flipping it over on the top. The room temperature disbursed cold water, not room temperature, but that didn't bother me either. After a few days, I used the hot water. Be very careful because it comes out scorching hot. But then the hot water started dripping from the hot water spout. Ugh. I bought a new cooler cause my last cooler was dripping from the spout. I tried tightening and playing around with the button to try and stop the drip. Nothing worked. I called the company but they couldn't help me because I hadn't had the item for 30 days. What?! They wanted me to return it to Amazon. Amazon was really helpful and replaced the item. I just received the second unit. When I went to plug it in, I noticed there is a huge dent in the side of it. Really! The box and shipping box were completely fine so you know it got damaged at the warehouse but they still box it up and ship it. ??? I just want a cooler that's going to work! Because I like the options on this unit, I'm trying for a third time. If this one doesn't work for some reason, I'm going to change my review for the worse.

We have owned this water dispenser for 11 months. It’s going strong (still works like it’s brand new). I don’t know what we did without it. This water dispenser tops our list of best purchases in 2021. We’ve had zero problems with this water dispenser. We love, love, love this black bottom load Brio water dispenser. Extremely quiet. Looks sleek and their dimensions listed are accurate. Doesn’t leave finger prints on the device so it always looks clean. I wondered if the hot water would be hot enough. The water comes out really hot producing steam in the air. Plus I’ve had to put the paper coffee cup down on tables as I walk to my destination. Double paper cups would fix this. An actual coffee mug at home works too. The water is warmer than I thought it would be so my cup of water sits out so it can cool down before I drink it. The cold water is really cold as if I had filled the glass with ice cubes. And the room temperature is a bit on the cool side, but not cold. We love the ozone cleaning function. Just note that it takes 90 minutes to fully clean. This is the best purchase. I don’t have to wait to boil water, this is just ready to use. No lime or calcium buildup either like we had with the hot water kettle. So very much recommend this. Plus I read that this water dispenser was built to last a lifetime! Sold! My family will always use bottom load self cleaning water dispensers forever. We will never go back. If it really does last the rest of our lives with minimal effort, as it has so far for almost a year, than it is well worth the price. We’re even happy that we are saving money on our water bill we’ve noticed. This machine is really built well. Again, my family highly recommends! A+ and 5 stars for sure!

This is a nice product bit VERY noisy. The room temp feature is great but the water is definitely on the colder side. The Hot Water feature is great and perfect for that quick cup of tea!

Is a great choice for saving some money and don’t have to deal with the messy empty bottles. Love this product

I do not recommend this product. It never cooled properly from the day we received it and as I had to cut the packaging to place the cooler in its place, I couldn't claim a refund... Maybe not the best idea to purchase a water cooler online and best to get one from a reputable store who will take responsibility for the product they sold...
