Ultra Strength Biotin

I loved this product after taking this for a month a month and a half my hair and nails strengthened so much I wish I had a picture to send with this but they went so fast that I didn't get a chance to I actually ended up addicted to them and started buying them from Walmart and still take them to this day for those of you haven't tried this product I would definitely give it a try I've had the hardest time trying to get my nails to grow they've always been so brittle and break very easily but since I've been taking this they have strengthened out a lot don't get me wrong it's not a miracle cure but I've had way less stupid and way more gross since I've been taking these and it doesn't have to be this specific brand just anything with Biotin in it definitely worth the money

I use all the time because my body doesn’t process folic acid. I think it works pretty well

Like all Jarrow products, this one is great. Take one every day and the difference in my skin, nails and hair were noticeable within three days. Size is not too big and they are easy to swallow.

I take this for hair growth, it is a slow process. But it filled in areas that were thinning. Makes my nails grow very fast.

This is the most effective biotin I have ever taken. My nails have grown so quickly and are very strong. I got a haircut that was too short and within a couple of weeks I noticed the biotin had really helped my hair grow.

Have been purchasing this brand for many years. Lately am finding broken, half empty capsules and wondering if it’s time to switch to a different brand. It’s effective but the more I find empty capsules, am inclined to not order from Jarrow in the future.

Biotin is supposed to help your hair and nails grow stronger, well this stuff totally works. I can tell that it makes my nails grow much faster because I do my own nails weekly. This stuff really seems to help keep your hair from falling out as well. I have taken Biotin off and on for years now, whenever I run out its easy to see how quickly the body lacks certain things. I totally recommend this stuff. One pill at night and await the lovely hair and nails that will follow.

飲みやすくて良かったです。カプセルは大きめでしたが喉に張り付いたり苦味もなく私には飲みやすかったです。日本のものより少ない錠剤でビオチン摂取できるのが手軽で便利です。
