Very disappointing only lasted 2monthsAfter writing this review i was contacted by the company with an apology and told I had a 2years guarantee and they would supply a new unit free of all charges which I was very pleased to accept, so I cannot fault this service

I was I admit, sceptical when my son suggested this, but I also liked the idea. I have lived abroad in countries where a bidet is an automatic inclusion in bathrooms and missed having one when I returned to UK, but also understand that our houses are just not big enough to have a separate item in the bathroom.This kit solves the problem and I am thrilled with it. My son fitted it and found it easy and quick to install, the water is obtained from the existing toilet system so no plumber needed. Is it easy to use and leaves you feeling cleaner.For me it is a winner and I have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Really simple to install. I am so pleased with this little product & it was so cheap. It does the job intended for. My family and myself couldn't be happier. Less toilet paper needing to be used, calming pain from piles, complete cleaning, no electricity needed very simple & easy to set up

Its a nice design, but the pressure is not what I am used too.

Good product, could be better wjth some minor improvements like spring loaded switches that return back to normal so water is not accidentally left open. The unit also was missing one washer.

I know this is cheap but I would expect something better. It sprays very thin water which doesn't help. Very bad compared to my previous one.

Very nice design, decent build quality. Cheap any easy way to get a bidet. Having a bidet is life changing, try it!

Looks to work fine but despite my attempts it just didn’t fit my toilet.Also the plastic fittings are soft, not very robust and don’t withstand installation very well.
