Native American Indian Horse Necklace

I love the horse pendant itself, but as other reviewers have reported, the leather pulled out of the clasp on the braid of the necklace. Luckily I had ordered a smooth leather necklace that was the length I wanted for this pendant and tossed the one that came with it. I knew the quality, since I ordered a shorter one of the same kind and it was very well made. If you order this pendant, you may have to replace the cord right away - but otherwise it is very beautiful and well designed.

I bought this as a necklace for a 4 year old boy, which he loved. He wanted a horsey necklace. This product could be worn as a necklace, but it could also be worn on a cowboy hat. It is man sized, not actually child sized, but my Nephew loved it. I thought it was pretty, and I would recommend this product, the price was right.

This necklace is awesome!!! My teenage sister loves horses and it was purchased as part of her Christmas gift. As other reviews say the pendent is definitely larger than expected but that's a GREAT thing as most items end up being smaller than expected, making it an exceptional value for the price.The black necklace it's on is not grand by any means but it fits the personality of the necklace wonderfully (in my opinion). The detail is great, as I wasn't expecting a lot for the price but was also pleasantly surprised with that aspect. She has been wearing it both times I've seen her since giving it to her and I'm almost ready to purchase one for me!

I gave the necklace 5 stars because it was much more than I expected for the money. I would recommend it to anyone who loves horses, anything native American or leather. the necklace was a gift to me from one of my daughters and the first thing that we noticed upon opening the package was the smell of genuine leather (a smell that I love). Now, because of this necklace, my daughter understands and loves the smell. the bad part is that she now wants her first car to come with the leather pack interior. (Too expensive for my blood). I have decided that when the time comes, it would be cheaper for me to order her a necklace to hang from the rear view mirror instead.

I would have given this a 5 star , but , sadly the clasp that holds the pendant on the rope chain is very week , pretty , but week not closed and sadly can be pulled apart very easily and the pendant lost , other then that " wich is an easy fix" this is quite lovely , very nicely done , looks REALY nice on ,nice length on the chain

The necklace is great quality. Its very beautiful and quite fashionable. The pendant is very large and the chain is very long though which makes it difficult to find things to wear with it. You can take the pendant off of the chain so you change the length. I have a black velvet string thing that I use for some of my pendants and I just tie it to whatever length looks best.

I bought this for my youngest daughter age 8 and when I showed it to my other two older daughters ages 12 and 16, they said they would take it if she didn't want it. I said I would wear it when you all weren't wearing it! The necklace has a nice long braided leather chain and the horse pendant is huge! It's heavy so that means it wont flip flop all over the place when you wear it and it wont bend or break. It is very well crafted and very sharp looking! Well worth the money......now it's another question weather my Genavieve actually gets it for Christmas or not! wink wink ;)

The metal used to make this beautiful piece has a little weight to it but the neckalace it comes with is a bit on the cheapie side. This is the only reason I gave it a 4-star.

I bought this for my mother for christmas as she likes horses. The reveiws states that the chain is too long and the medallion is heavy and big. My mother is quite petite and it looks ok on her. For the price I think it is good value.
