Crochet Patterns For Babies (2nd Edition): 41 Adorable Patterns For Baby Hats, Blankets, & Clothes!

What is happening??? I feel like I'm in the twilight zone reading these reviews. The book I received has ZERO pictures of the projects, instead has " to view image of project click link" hyperlinks for every single project. Then when you click the link you are taken to a super spammy website with a bunch of " click here for free stuff" links and NO PICTURES of said projects. Who is reviewing this book???? These can not be legit reviewers.

The patterns in this book are so cute! There are options for basically everything you could think of. I really liked the pattern for the little bear ears. If you love to crochet and you've got a baby coming to winter, this book is a really great tool to make some nice winter things easily. And they're small so you don't have to worry about a huge time commitment to see a finished product.

Tried to make the Dragon Scale booties. To begin with, I am not a beginner at crocheting. I used the recommended size hook, tight stitches and regular yarn and the sole was big enough for a 5 year old to wear! I eventually used baby-weight yarn and a 2.75mm hook and got an appropriately sized sole.The next problem was that the author used the term "front loop" double crochet instead of "front post" double crochet. They are significantly different stitches.Row 5 you are directed to "work in the front loop" (not post) but not told what stitch to work with.Impossible to decipher.

This book cost $3, so I'm not crying too much over it - but the Kindle edition has NO pictures, instead, there's a link to click to "view" a picture of it, which takes you to the author's blog trying to get your email to view the freaking pictures. Sorry, I've no interest in your gimmick. Even on the blog you have to search for the picture - she could have came up with a better marketing strategy. I don't recommend this book. Also FYI: there is a disclaimer on her blog that the photos aren't even hers, she basically took it off of others who posted their photos without giving proper credit - DO NOT buy this book, one of the patterns, the sundress is a FREE pattern available online that she STOLE and claims as her own. How she hasn't gotten sued is beyond me. I think that is why she requires an email to be able to view the photos, so that she can keep up with the scam. I found this out because of the sundress; unfortunately for her, I know that pattern very well from online.

If I would have known on an there were no pictures representing the patterns and instead sending me in a circle to a blog site, I wouldn't have wasted my money on this book. Very poorly set up.once I arrived at the website I attempted to submit my email twice over the course of several hours with no confirmation email. I then decided I would use the contact us feature to let the site administrator know, and all I get is a fail message. What a crappy way to do business. It seems as if she's more into the scheme of just taking a few dollars from people.

No pictures! The cover picture is adorable. Inside the book says to click on such and such to get the picture but it annoyingly takes you to an opportunity to get a DIY book. I don't want a book that I can't see what I am getting. Got the book from Pubabook at no cost. Right price for a no pictures book where it seems the authors main interest is to get you to purchase more of her books (which probably don't have pictures either). No thanks. If we could get the pictures it would probably a book with cute patterns.

The most disappointing baby crochet book I have ever purchased. Absolutely no pictures of completed works. When I go to the website the company provides for pictures there are still no pictures. This book is either going into the bottom of a drawer or maybe just in the trash

"Adorable" may be a little bit much, but the biggest drawback is the fact that the patterns tell you to "click here for the image of the craft or visit the link below," and when you visit the site, you cannot see the images without subscribing to the newsletter/free book. The images of the crafts are not available in the book itself. I really wasn't looking for yet another subscription via email, but I wanted to see what the patterns look like before I began them.Some of the patterns are good, but I was disappointed mostly with the layout and format of the book. I believe the format lends itself to online only, and the decision to keep it that way would have been a better option.

This is a neat idea to get those creative juices flowing to hand make some lovely crochet patterns for your kids. I got this book for my brother's partner and she loves it, it's a great hobby for her, she loves creating such sweet expressive works for my nephew and niece, they love them too, and once they get older, I'm sure they will be interested in hand crafting their own works too, be it crochet or anything else. It's a really handy book in reading how to create with the step by step instructions. The only one complaint would be the lack of any pictures to help give you a visual guide too.

I wish I would have read the reviews for this book before purchasing!! There are no pictures and the design on the front cover is not in the book!! Absolute waste of money, avoid

I did NOT order this and would like a refund. I tried to stop it but this obviously did not work.
