This board comes in $100 cheaper than the equivalent spiderfarmer and it’s gonna blow everything I’ve used in its pricepoint out of the water. These are authentic lm301b’s and the spectrum is dialed in perfectly. I have grown with led’s since they became a thing and I cycle through a lot of different amazon and alibaba lights. From experience, I can tell right away when the spectrum is off on a new light. Anything with the cheaper smd diodes I find inadequate and I have a couple alibaba lights with authentic 301b’s that cause weird bud growth cuz the spectrum is off. The viparspectras and mars hydros are fine for veg but they do not compete with proper quantum boards like this. Nothing I found on amazon at this wattage With authentic Samsung chips came in this cheap. The board runs very cool. It’s cooler than everything I own if I’m being honest. The lack of heat sinks isn’t a factor since the board is very thin. Don’t let that be a turn off cuz this board has excellent manufacturing. The dimmer doesn’t turn the light off but you’ll be connecting this to a timer anyways so who cares. Where you’re saving money is on the driver but I’d rather cut corners there than on the diodes. I argue boards this size don’t need the more expensive meanwell drivers. Sure, you could probably eek out a little more power or efficiency but that’s negligible for this size application. I hope this is going to be the game breaker I expect it to be. Everyone else is gonna have to lower their prices or use better chips to compete if this board becomes popular. The new vivosun with 301bs looks good too but it only comes in a little 100w. I expect the new vivosun and these phlizon boards to be the ones that shake things up for the next year.

It's a great intro light and is very bright. Packaged really good, everything came in perfect. Looks well built, but it does get quite warm. Definitely have a small fan in the area to bring down the temp. We'll see how it does during the flowering stage over there next couple months.

I needed a second light for my veg space in my grow room for a good price with decent coverage. I have purchased Phlizon lights before and they performed outstanding so I knew coming into this I wasn't going to be disappointed. Phlizon has come a long way from their blurple and cob lights with this new quantum board. Its super light weight, draws dead on what's advertised at the wall, puts off minimal heat, and covers the area I need it to. The function to adjust light intensity is also key as I can use lower power for seedlings / clones and jack it up for veg. All in all for the price this is great light! Would recommend using in a 3x3 or as a secondary light in a bigger tent for extra coverage. For now I have my mother plant under it and shes chillin'!

I'm no pro and I have several lights with fans (now retired), this is in a different ballpark. QUIET, bright, but fully dimmable, cool to touch, lighter weight, a really NICE light. I do think the price is a little steep but like I said, I'm no pro. I exchanged it for a cheaper model and low and behold, I should of stayed with this light. This is a good choice in a 4x4 tent. I just wanted a light that was more spaced out, I bought the 4 banger Phlizon and while I love it this light WAS better. Thank you Amazon, for your generous return policy, because of you I get to try a lot of products. Thank you Phlizon for putting up with those of us who are never satisfied. You people rock! You must admit, I wrapped that light back up like a PRO! Do you ever sell used/returned lights?

Started out with one of these (the 2000W version), it made a huge difference , noticeable from the red and blue phlizon I was previously using (600W red and blue). In total I ended up buying THREE 2000W versions... using one in my flowering tent, one in my veg tent, and my wife is using one for regular plants. If you're growing in a tent, you should never need to go above 7 or 8 setting. Full blast on this light needs to be on the ceiling of a room. It's really bright. Maybe not as bright as one of the more expensive MarsHydro professional grow lights, but this is way brighter than a blurple, or High Pressure Sodium / metal hallide setup. For the price its great. Then I bought an additional 1000W (smaller) version to do seedlings and clones.. again I only run it on 6 out of 10 for the light setting. It too is extremely bright. The light did NOT burn my plants so far. So far so good for the whole process from seedling to flowering . Keeping them about 18 to 24 inches under at all times. Keep your plants a little bit further from these lights than you normally would with regular lights I would suppose, or turn down the lights a bit , the upper setting 8-10 on this "new 2020" phlizon is pretty much overkill for a small tent. The lights work as I expected (or better than) that's for sure.

Puts out a lot of light, weighs very little, great coverage. Insanely hot transformer. Using this light has raised our greenhouse temp by 8 degrees from the older blurple light at any setting above 50%, from 77 to 85.Not really happy about that and you cannot place the transformer outside.

I've attempted to order 4 of these 2000W lights and have only successfully received 1. I don't know if this is something happening on Amazon's end or if it is something dealing with the warehouse, but it's disappointing nonetheless. I have just placed an order for the 5th time, call me stubborn, call me persistent, but 'if' I receive it this will be the 2nd quality light that will finally allow me to flip over to 12/12 with proper light coverage. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Was skeptical due to the price but it works great! Installation is simple and it includes a rope pully so you can adjust the height - beware though as its 4 wires connecting to one pully connector it can sway side to side, an easy fix for this is to buy another pulley set so you can put 2 wires per pulley instead of all on one. The light is great, you can measure this using light meter apps on your phone as it will vary with your setup conditions. It also comes with a knob so you can adjust the light, it can sometimes be hard to notice the difference after a certain value but simply putting your hand under the light you can feel the heat difference. The light can get very warm after long usage and on high brightness to make sure you have ventilation available.

Really bright light and it seem to be high quality. They make a really big difference with my seedling plants for my garden: greener and stronger stem for my tomatoes, peppers and other vegetables. Before I had 6X 32w T8 and I can say now, It wasn’t enough! Don’t use the max light in the beginning, it will burn the leaves. I used the intensity around « 2 » at 10 inch and it was perfect. Add more intensity only when you need to raise the hight and light a bigger space. Almost no heat, but only used on a table full of new plants for the garden. Really happy so far!!! I just put them higher because I needed more space to be lighted. I increased intensity to « 6 » . Will see if this is enough or not. Maybe next year, I will buy a third one.

Great heat from the board it’s not that hot at all it actually keeps my 5x5x6.7 tent at peak heat for growing clones over all great bang for your buck and the light spectrum is making very happy plants get the board for veg and get the 2000 w cob philizon for bloom I have had amazing results from this company and have also owned kind led and sorry kind but for your price I will never leave philizon and quality seems like philizon is leading the led community love your lights philizon I will be purchasing another two cob led from yas the big boys this time thoe lol get the lights ppl if you wanna grow go with philizon
