Bang for the BUUUUCK Baby!
Installation:Yeah, there are basically almost no instructions -- nothing but a picture, but you won't need more than that if you can put up Christmas lights. Took me 2 hours while talking on the phone and getting distracted a couple times. Hardest part is deciding where you're going to place the speakers and zip tie the wires, which is really a preference thing. ON THAT NOTE, kuddos for a fellow reviewer for posting their idea of clamping the speakers to the engine guard instead of the handlebars. Shyte looks tiiiiiiight. Way better placement in my opinion.Tip on installation -- buy some extra zip ties if you don't have them already. This only comes with 5. The answer to the question "Did I use enough zip ties?" is always "One more." Also take your time with planning the placement of the extra wiring. It'll be worth it.Sound:Other reviews about no bass = truth, but honestly I don't feel like I'm missing out. I've felt more like Ralphie with a new red rider bb gun on Christmas. (Have NOT shot my eye out.) I've heard of some people getting a kicker to pick up the slack, but I'm good. Volume does the trick. Not sure how much bass I'd hear over the bass of my bike anyway. Can def hear over the engine and if you need more volume than this provides, f**k off mate, you annoy all of us. When I get into my neighborhood I drop to about 10% volume and can hear it just fine. Only downside I'll give it, and it's a picky one, is that it's SLIGHTLY distorted at full volume, but you can't tell unless your engine is killed.Looks:They may not feel like much (chrome looks good but on a lot of components are plastic - this is one of them), but they look great. I was afraid they'd make my bike look clunky or cheap or silly -- nope -- looks friggin dope.Longevity:I dunno, I just installed yesterday, get off me. I'll come back if they crap out.Overall:If I had a second bike I'd reorder. They're cheap enough to where I know when I sell my bike with them on there, I'll get the money back or more after a year or two of use, so in that sense, I'm betting they end up free for me. Do it, Doug.

Not as loud as expected.
Installation was pretty straight forward, didn't ever even open the manual. However, it took me about 4 hours with bike tear-down and cable management included. I removed the old 2-speaker system with amp to replace with this one. I mentioned cable management because there are SO MANY wires to manage. I will likely go back and cut/splice wires to remove the baseball sized nest I have now zip tied to my frame. Also switch placement was challenging. Finally, after install and road test, I am happy with the sound, but nor sure the 4-speaker system is any louder that the 2-speaker system.

LOUD AND I LOVE IT
I mounted it to my 02 Honda Shadow and I can hear it clear as day. I love that I just Bluetooth it to my phone. Now if only my notifications from my phone would quit interrupting my cruising, jam time.

Boss Audio MC75BA
The speakers appear to be larger than described. Not 100% sure I like the look but it gives you sound for your ride. What you read about clamps are accurate. They are horrible to work with. The rubber inserts need to come in additional sizes. Plus they are not the most attractive thing to look at and bikers take pride in their cycles and their looks. Volume is loud but bass is lacking. Curious to see what they are going to sound like going down the road. The lead wire off the battery and connecting wiring with toggle on/off switch is nice and easily placed on the bike. You have plenty of wire to work with. Actually way too much. Makes it difficult to hide that much wire. I'll see how they work when I take it for my first test ride. They get good reviews so time will tell.

Good quality
They are good quality for the price, they don’t handle bass. They are not 1200 watts. Your not going to get 1200 watts, out of 18 gauge wire.

DOES NOT FIT 1.5” BARS
Would not fit my 1.5” bars like the description states. I called boss to ask if there was something I was doing wrong to make it not fit and they informed me it only fits up to 1.25” bars. For future reference I was instructed to go to their website and look for figment because they informed me they have no control over what Amazon puts in the description.

Nice for the price
Speakers are nice easy to hook up, but the mounting clamps totally suck. They could use some bass but do put out good decent quality music.

I thought they were Bose speakers. LOL..
I thought they were Bose speakers because I read it wrong... They are certainly NOT Bose speakers. LOL- They are loud, I'll give them that.- They lack any kind of real bass. I mean if you turned the bass all the way down on your other systems they would sound like this unit. NO BASS!- They sound like that cheap stereo system you put in your 1971 Nova. Audiovox?- Wires everywhere! They would be much better if they were wireless.- They didn't put the mounting hardware for the volume controls inside the kit. Now I have to Jerry rig it with zip ties.- The app is trash, but you need it use the system. Very poor app. Honestly I don't know why they even bothered, it seems like a big waste of time and money. There is no functional use for the app except to help connect the unit to your phone. Trash app.
