Ugly. But work great
These mud huggers are ugly.The bike looks great without mudguards. Then the real world kicks in. I go out in all weathers and when it’s wet I like to try and keep the muck off my back.This is exactly what these do. Very well.You are not completely protected, wet and muck does get everywhere, but compared to not having them and some other types of guards, these work ever so well.They are fairly light and robust. Very flexible and easy to fit. Just uglyBut then if it’s all about looks why go cycling in the wet and muck anyway? I go because it’s great fun. These mudguards help keep much of it off me.
