I was surprised when he said it would benefit me (everyone is highly individual) but I shouldn't have been, since there is a lot of mold in the basement, and I'm always getting the feeling I have a lung-full of it. He recommended keeping it in a diffuser at all times, but I haven't had a chance to get one and set it up, so I use the built-in roller applicator to put some on my upper lip so I'd constantly be inhaling it. I feel better...and I love the aroma (the last essential oil I bought [for another purpose] I absolutely despised the scent of, but THIS one is great.
