I'm really impressed by these lights, initially bought two, then 3 more based on quality of the first two for a temporary office in Birmingham.They are packaged really well - great first impression. The quality of build, fit and finish is excellent. Very very easy to assemble and provide excellent illumination & can be adjusted exactly as they claim - and look good too! ...to extent staff want to buy them off me when we relocate. I'd never heard of the Dongguan Electronic Tech Co but the quality of their design and build at this price is excellent and certainly has my respect. Rarely leave reviews but in this case really thought these guys earned it, there are lots of this type of LED lights out there, but this one strongly recommended for quality / functionality and price.

Took about 15 minutes to assemble including a few false starts. Look *carefully* at the Ikea-style instructions and make sure which part of the stem is which...Happily lights a smallish room - 15' by 10' here - or a corner of a large one. If you have very high ceilings, you might need something brighter.You need to bounce the light off a wall or floor: the light is too intense to look at directly.Good remote and shortcuts so you go with one click from bright bluish reading light to softer warmer evening light. The lamp looks good too.Will be ordering another one .The base is solid and heavy - about two kilos - but wasn't terribly happy with the slightly sloping corners of my cheapo wood floor. Find a flat patch and it's solid as a rock.

Excellent build quality and very easy to assemble. The soft touch controls work well for brightness and colour. Slightly disappointed that the area of LEDs is much smaller than appears in the photos. Only real criticism is stability. It's adequate on a smooth hard floor, but very poor on a soft carpet. Base needs to be both bigger and heavier.

I find this lamp perfect for my needs. I have it sat behind me when working in my "den" in the garden. During the day /evening work time I have it very bright with a cool light setting which lifts the roof and reflects just the right light to illuminate my desk and keep me lit for Zoom meetings. When work finishes, I turn it down to a soft, warm light and point it directly upwards which gives the corner of the room a cosy feel. The touch button control is easy to use, it took me less than 5 mins to put together and it works well with a smart plug so I can ask Alexa to turn it on or off.

I ordered this lamp because of its reviews and I found it very easy to assemble. I was so pleased with it that I ordered a second lamp. Unfortunately this second lamp was obviously one that had been returned as the packaging was damaged and someone had attempted to assemble it. As far as I am concerned it wasn't new although all the parts were there and I assembled the lamp. I hope that I receive a voucher from Amazon as compensation and await their response. Otherwise it's a great lamp and this is my first complaint with a purchase in the many years I have been a customer. I don't have time to repackage and return goods. Come on Amazon do your stuff..

I hesitated before buying this lamp as I wanted something really bright for my loft. I'm so glad I got it - it delivers a powerful blast of white light or warmer light, that can be dimmed at will with the handy remote. I've never had a lamp with remote - but WOW, who knew it was so useful! Easy to assemble, decent price, quality seems decent so far, and it's got a discreet enough profile where it blends in. Recommend highly!

I wanted a standard light to replace a 30-year old one, for my home-office.It was easy to assemble (no tools required) and looks good. It's brighter than I thought it might be; it's the only light I'm using in a room about 10' x 8'. There seems to be 2 types of light, a bright day-like light, and a more muted one, which I haven't used. I haven't used the remote.So far, so good.

One of the main reasons I bought this lamp was because so many reviewers praised it for its brightness. I haven't found it to be so. Even at maximum it doesn't illuminate the room as well as the bog-standard uplighter I had before - and there's nothing I can do to improve matters. If you have a small room with a lowish ceiling (ours is over 8 feet) it may well be fine. On the positive side it is very smart and elegant - and superbly packaged.
