This coffee usually represents a reasonable value for the price, and delivers a smooth tasting cold brew using our Coffee Toddy system. The usual seller wasn’t available, so I ordered this after receiving an Amazon alternative suggestion. When I received the order today, it was in a Sam’s Club box, which confused me, because I never shop Sam’s. “What could it be?” I thought. So, I checked Sam’s Club website and found the same item and size for $10.82 each, or $21.64 for two, with free shipping as well. Quite a markup for taking my Amazon order, then placing the same order from Sam’s and having it delivered to my address.Illegal? Nope. Shifty? Absolutely. My fault, I suppose. Lesson learned: shop more carefully, buy direct, and don’t rely on Amazon suggestions. I will be limiting my Amazon shopping as a result of this purchase.

Folgers Black Silk coffee is the only coffee that we buy. If you are a serious coffee drinker—meaning you like to actually taste coffee when you drink a cup—then this is your coffee. People who like a weak coffee will not like Black Silk. This coffee is dark, full bodied, and smooth. It is our go-to.

I like this coffee over some others I've tried, but that is personal preference. I like the large size package and the price per oz. I am using a Keurig machine with some refillable pods. There is a little bit of the fine grounds that get through which is due to this method, but that does not detract from the flavor. I did notice that a few quite large bean fragments were in the first container - perhaps their grinder was not being consistent, but again your mileage may vary, and it does not detract. Overall, a nice coffee and I will probably buy it again.

As a huge coffee abuser drinking about 24 cops a day (and sometimes more) I really recommend Folgers Black Silk, because of its rich taste of coffee. For about 12 cups on my Cuisinart coffee maker, I use typically 5 large scoops.

I used to drink only Columbian coffee and now I have switched to Folgers Black Silk and don't plan to change any time soon

Folgers black silk is my favorite coffee - the last time I purchased the 2 large containers they were sealed in clear plastic. I really felt that would keep it fresh. However this time it was not sealed - I was disappointed 🙁🙁

We love strong coffee and this is one of the best we have found. It has a strong rich flavor that fits the bill for us!

Like the size of the canisters since I am a big coffee drinker and enjoy Folgers Black Silk coffee the most. Will order again.
