Sizing issue - had to get larger size than measurements suggested
Sizing issue - I got the “Regular” size because it said it was good up to 16.5” calf. My calf is only 14.5”, but once the insert is frozen, it bulks up such that I was barely able to secure the wrap on my leg. Otherwise it looks like a good product.UPDATE:I decided to order in XL. The fit is much better. I’m bumping it up a star to 4 stars as it functions well and appears well made. I was also pleased that the seller voluntarily offered a refund of the too-small Regular size product after they saw my review.

Works as described. I have pretty big calves, and these fit around them and still have extra Velcro left over to use.

They cool pretty good, could be a little longer for tall people.

Excellent product and Excellent Customer Service
By the time I tried these on it was a couple of weeks past the date to return them. I had ordered a regular size and it turned out the velcro didn't really overlap due to they were a little small for my calves. I realized I should have ordered the XL. I wrote to customer service, and they wrote back the next day. They blessedly said to go ahead and keep the pair I have for a back up and they will send me an XL pair. Now, that is five star excellence in customer service. The product is well made, If you order these, I believe you will be more than satisfied.

Great purchase for shin pain
The ice pack gets very cold, the compression wrap works well, and the neoprene freezer bag for storing the ice pack is a nice touch. Very happy with this purchase.
