Apple iMac (21.5-inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD Storage)

My new imac is outstanding & the perfect size! It was well packaged & arrived w/out any problems. The track pad is amazing—the mouse will never return. Great computer; outstanding graphics; a joy to use! Just wish it came with WORD. Very happy with this purchase—great product at a fantastic price!!!

I've always wanted an iMac since 2010 and I finally pulled the trigger and received one in impeccable condition because it is brand spanking new! I had my doubts but I'm glad I took a risk. I do wish it was 4k or something more modern but I didn't want to get something used and I got to experience unwrapping it and seeing it in all its glory for myself. I can say I am extremely happy with this product. I noticed a significant improvement over my MacBook pro from 2012 which obviously but more in regards to the DAW protools which I use religiously and I noticed I was able to record in 32 samples vs the higher 512 samples and with more bit depth there's zero noise and everything looks sleek and modern as well as thin. I will upgrade this soon to the better 5k model and give this one to a family member but Its perfect nothing wrong with it the speed is great and this is not a gaming computer to me this represents a work computer for music, editing, blogging and more if you are looking for power and storage and a monster powerhouse then look elsewhere but if you are looking for something that will make you want to get up in the morning and do some inspirational work then this is the computer for you.

Bought this for my husband. We've always had windows computers but will never go back. First let me say that the Apple is worth the extra $, hands down. It's way easier to use and very intuitive. Second, I was a little worried about buying a computer online and wondered if I would. be able to set it up. No problem. Delivery was quick and nothing was damaged. Set up was a snap. I really recommend.

My first Apple computer. Works great, no problems with the equipment or the shipping! UPS tried to deliver a day early when I was not at home to sign for it, but it was delivered the next day in perfect condition😀. Still getting familiar with how Apple works compared to Windows, but so far I have been able to figure out how to get what I want. I only wished I had bought the iMac the last time I bought a computer, it would have saved me a lot of grief! So yes, if you are looking to buy a new desktop computer, I recommend you go with the iMac, it is worth paying extra for it.

The computer itself is fine. I have no complaints with it at all, other than the keyboard not having a numeric pad attached to it. However, it is not the 2020 model, as the advertising on Amazon would have you to believe. When I clicked on the Apple logo, and then clicked on "About this Mac", I was surprised to see "iMac (21.5 inch, 2017)" when I assumed it was 2020. I called Apple, gave them the serial number to the computer, and they confirmed it was 2017. However, they also stated that there is IS NO 2020 model for this particular Mac. They also confirmed that the price that Amazon is charging is the same price Apple is charging, so at least I wasn't getting ripped off. Just be warned ahead of time that this is the 2017 model.

This iMac popped up during the Amazon cyber Monday and it was perfect for my husband's use. We are an all Mac family now and this was the remaining piece needed to get there. The way iMac works with his iPhone and he can sync so many things through his AppleID make life better!It was a great deal and so worth it!

Computer is easy to use and fast. The speakers are nice quality and the screen looks nice. The value for money is about what you'd expect for a mac.

To add to my review of Aug. 20 I want to say that my reason for not liking the computer is that I've had all sorts of issues with it. It continually freezes up. I save things and then I can't find them. Not always but enough to make it miserable. This is my forth Mac in 21 years & it turns out to be harder to do things on than on the other three I had. Instead of being easier to use it's harder. Those are just a couple things that make me dislike it so much.Maybe my fault but I wasn't aware I could return it.I contacted customer service one week ago & they have not responded.
