First Grade FFP2 KN95 Fluid Resistant CE Certified Protective Face Mask [5 Pack]

These are the best masks I’ve bought so far during the pandemic. Fit nicely across the face, comfortable straps and adjustable nose bridge. Can be used several times. Best of all, they don’t smudge your lipstick as the cone shape stands far away enough from your mouth. No idea if they’re genuine KN95 but they’re certainly thicker and more robust than the surgical/ cotton masks I was using before. I sat through a theatre show wearing one of these and felt comfortable and adequately protected.

To start with, the 'ear bands' came off the masks. This happened with 3 out of the 5 mask packet. I was disappointed as I had thought that they were really good quality when I received them. I contacted the seller, explained what had happened, and originally requested a refund. They very promptly replied stating that they had improved their systems, they offered me replacements, which I accepted. In a matter of days they had replaced them with new masks. Customer service was excellent, So far only 2 of the new masks have been used, but they appear to be ok for the moment; only time will tell. I think these masks are slightly larger though. Good customer service.

Apart from an elastic breaking on first use they seem very good !!!

Good coverage, ample sizing and robust material means these face covering allow you to feel more secure in eg. healthcare settings where it is impossible to remain 2 metres apart eg opticians for eye test. I found them a little tight under the chin so there was a tenancy for them to move upwards towards my eyes but the strong metal strip across the bridge of the nose helped to mitigate this.

Cheaply packaged. Lot less expensive than alternatives. Ok on comfort, had straps break on a couple when putting on and not sure they give me the confidence factor of they actually do what they say on the label. No proof that they don't just a feeling. Sorry.

The masks were what I expected. There arrived on time and fit perfectly, the main thing they didnt fog up my glasses which is a big thing to glasses warers. Against there were only 5 which is not enough but they are made in Britain which is a plus

Arrived. tried first mask on, the ear loop snapped off, tried second mask on, the ear loop snapped off, tried third mask on, at last success no falling apart. Contacted supplier informing them I couldn't be bothered returning them and that id just get a needle and tread and sew ear loops back on and do the same for all in the pack of five as an extra Control Measure. Received a reply saying that they would refund me and also send out a replacement pack. weeks later Im still waiting ! Overall poor quality product which I would not purchase again nor recommend to friends.

the mask is tight fit ,which is what you need to keep free from virus . it states it complies with EU95 specification. would recommend especially now as the lock down easy, and people ARE NOT KEEPING THEIR DISTANCE.
