I have fibromyalgia and am always like a bloody hot water bottle! This kept me lovely and cool when you keep it moving :) Made me sleep much better as I was cooler with it on. Great value for money and seems like it will last a long time. Can be used both in the day and at night.

Genuinely one of the best things I've ever bought. I've tested it out for a while before writing a review, to be sure it actually works. Well it actually works and I love it so much!! Due to health issues I always overheat, regardless of the weather I'm boiling hot 24/7. I have fans on all year round trying to cool myself down and it gets so bad at times that I feel like I'm being suffocated because of the heat. So when I heard about this blanket I was excited but also very skeptical. When it arrived my first thought was surely this won't be much use, as the material of the blanket is very thin, I was wrong. You have one side which is the warmer side and the other is the cooling side. Both sides do their job wonderfully, I tend to use the cooling side the most which really helps me. Not only does it actually cool you down, it just feels so nice on your skin. Then if you get a bit chilly, you flip it over and the other side warms you up, again while feeling lovely on your skin. Yes it's a bit pricey, but for me and how much I suffer with temperature dysregulation, I couldn't be without it and when I can save up, I'll be buying a couple more. What a brilliant clever invention, it really does help you to feel more comfortable at night when it's too hot to sleep. So yes it's expensive (for the large one) but it's still worth it and I highly recommend it. Especially good for menopausal women who suffer with the dreaded hot flushes, and also very effective for anyone that just has a higher temperature than most. I have this blanket wrapped around me all the time when I'm in bed or on the sofa watching TV. Aside from the cooling and warming effects of it, it just feels lovely, cosy and comfy, I thought initially with how thin the material was that it wouldn't be much good. Just goes to show, don't judge by appearances. Test it, try it, you'll be pleasantly surprised and amazed how incredible it actually is. I'm in love with it and can't wait to get more of them. The blanket is good quality, very comfortable and great for the warmer months. But not exactly for the reasons stated in the product details. The cooling effects of the material are greatly exaggerated in my opinion. It does not cool you down as it says. But as someone who likes to sleep with a cover on this is a great product as its very breathable and doesn't get you hotter when under it. But has just enough weight that its comforting. The size was good, but as its so light any movement in your sleep will cause it to wrap around you. The cost is on the higher side, but i would say its worth it.

I've been using this blanket for a few days now and can successfully say it definitely works. I'm someone who naturally gets quite hot at night and usually will wake up warm or even sweating. My room on average sits at around 20°C so it can be normally quite warm. However once I used this blanket that all stopped. Its definitely worth it if you easily get warm whilst sleeping, this will definitely be great for the summer months.

Works. Does heat up but you just move a bit and it cools back down. Lovely and soft too

This feels more like a big towel. Also it sticks to the skin. It feels cool as stated on the product but I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping.

I honestly didn’t think there was such a thing as Cooling blanket😅but this is soo perfect for this warm weather! The fabric is very soft on the skin Its not irritating It feels soo cooling on the skin The quality is really really good And the size is perfect for both hubbie and I Also really great to cosy up on the couch I think for spring and summer, this is an absolute must have! I really really loooove it!

A friend recommended this to me. I thought she was exaggerating when she said it feels cold even in summer, but she was right, I was surprised at how comfortable it is. I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s a bit slippery, so I have to keep adjusting it to stay covered.

I was skeptical of what this blanket claims it could do. I need a cool room for sleeping, but have no air conditioning. Fans are not enough for me on the hottest days. Nevertheless, I gave this blanket a try. I am giving it 5 stars, which I rarely do. To be clear, it does not replace air-conditioning, and on the hottest days, you will also need a fan. But it makes a very meaningful difference in your body temperature while sleeping, making it easier to fall asleep and to stay asleep. I just ordered a second one, it is definitely worth the money spent.

Superbe couverture légère et fraîche, j'adore un côté frais et un côté normal, bonne qualité. Avec des bouffées de chaleur la nuit elle me permet de dormir tranquille, il suffit de bouger un petit peu et on retrouve un côté frais a chaque mouvement, sachant que la nuit on bouge sans sent rendre compte c'est parfait.

The quality is excellent, with a nice cotton backing and a smooth, cool-to-the-touch front. If you live in a hot climate or just run warm at night, I highly recommend this blanket. Worth every dirham! 💯
