In August 2020, 2 small nodules were detected at the top of one of my lungs. I researched herbs/supplements for lung health. I took 2 of these a day and 4 years later, no nodules were detected in recent scans. I got no treatment, and never talked to a doctor about the nodules, the scans were for other reasons. I don't think any docs were concerned when the nodules were detected on the CT. But they are gone now. I am dropping to just 1 a day of these for lung health maintenance. No reason not to. This is an herb, and that's just a plant. So, it's just food. Yes the nodules might have gone away by themselves, but no harm in being proactive. My body responds well to herbs.

They work well. I was full of mucus and I felt the difference after a few days of taking them. I purchased some for my entire house and my mother. Grateful they are capsules, they are easy to swallow, has no smell or taste. I haven’t noticed any side effects.

Mullen is good for the lungs amazing product. Especially when you have a cold.

Have been taking it (not strictly everyday). Positive effects probably takes time but so far no negative effects experience.

Works really well for allergies.

Not sure if this provided any benefit. Was out of breath while using it but never really noticed and phlegm or anything like that.
