Bad product
This item was great but after about 3 weeks it lost all its metal. Such poor quality it would have been better using a rock to sharpen knifes.Don’t waste your money like sadly I did 😡

Instruction sheet should be provided.
I like the product but I didn’t get a instruction leaflet how to use in box so had to google it to find out how to use, apart from that very pleased with the sharpening steel.

The most useless thing you can buy
Completely useless. The metal isn't strong enough and I suspect it could even be aluminium.It just doesn't sharpen the knife but rather the knife shaves the "steel" smooth. I've been a chef for many years so I know what I'm doing.Avoid this trash at all costs.
