Love it!
Beautiful white & black sand with deep blue liquid in a well crafted silver metal frame. Hinges on the sides so you can flip/rotate it without picking it up. Very mesmerising to watch the sand fall and create a new design every time.

Much much too minimalistic for the money
Size means visibility, this is much too small to work and to enjoy...live and learn...I regret this purchase.

Pretty but pricey
Very pretty overall and quality is good. The metal is a little rougher than I expected and more than$100 for this is a little overpriced but I purchased it as a 10yr anniversary gift and it was good because the metal is aluminum and I was having trouble finding something that would be a good gift for my husband. Would be well worth it for $50-$60 price range though.

Mesmerizing
It’s pretty. Love the colors and it is mesmerizing. The actual frame isn’t quite square in the stand. It’s a little expensive for the finished product.

Not enough color contrast
This is made well and the frame is nice. It the water is too dark so without that contrast you can’t really see the different colors of sand. It’s too expensive to not have been thought out more carefully by the manufacturer. I’ll probably return.

Perfect for work desk!
Bought this for my 38 year old son. He has a stressful job and he keeps this on his desk at work. The Aluminum frame is sleek and eye-catching. Nice gift for "someone hard to buy for".

Sand 'sticks' and barely moves. Motion is limited or not at all.
worked well the first day, but sand is 'sticky' and moves in globs or not at allI have a less expensive different brand that works much better, so I have a basis of comparison.for this price, I would expect a properly functioning unit. If I were to guess, I'd say it's probably 'old stock' and is beyond its functional age. Whatever the problem, it clearly does not work well if at all.
