I bought this book for Master program and I am glad I did. The book content is really great and easy to understand the process. The example and explaination in the book are amazing.

Great book explains how to use Microsoft Excel and other tools to conduct data analytics. First the theory is described, then the author takes you through a series of practical examples, so you learn by doing.Great job to the author.

The writer was no moxie. Very boring horrible and boring. Was a necessary evil to pass a class with a teacher who lacks the ability to capture an audience so she pushes us off on a book that can rival her ack of enthusiasm.

New book as advertised in pristine condition.

The pages are stuck together from some sort of liquid damage, and the front cover is halfway torn off. I would consider this well below average, to poor condition. I would be returning if I wasn't already in class and could afford the delay to get the study material. Terrible job Amazon
