These are supposed to fit a womens 9 but even using the screws to make them the smallest they will go will not make them small enough. They are very uncomfortable. Trying to tighten them enough to feel secure enough to move, makes the plastic dig into the tops of your feet. Try a different brand. These are awful.

I PURCHASED THESE FOR MY LITTLE BROTHER. HE HAS HAD A PAIR, BEFORE, BUT HE'S GROWN OUT OF THEM AND NEEDED AN ADULT SIZE. HE'S BEEN BOUNCING AROUND WITH HIS HUGE FEET HANGING OVER THE END SO TIME FOR A NEW PAIR. HE'S HAD HIS OTHERS FOR A FEW YEARS NOW AND I CAN SAY THAT THEY'VE BEEN AWESOME! THEY'VE TAKEN EVERY BIT OF PUNISHMENT,YOU CAN IMAGINE. THEY'RE SUPER STRONG AND REALLY SUPPORT THE ANKLES,WELL. A REALLY STRONG,VERY REASONABLY PRICED,FUN BOOT THAT'S GREAT EXERCISE AND QUITE SAFE.*ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET* TRY THEM!, THEY'RE A BLAST!!!

The requail popped out twice .there very difficult to pop back in . A.desighn change would.be a minor fix, to not allow it to pop out .

I truly loved them, but I'm 56 and over weight, Once on my feet I feel forward and pulled a muscle in my calf so I had to send them back. But if I were younger, or healthier. I would love to use these. They are build good and adjustable perfect for sharing

I've only just started to use these things but I feel sure I'm going to like them very much. Before I made this purchase I looked at a LOT of different brands of what was basically the same item / shoe (I checked other sights like ebay as well). What made me decide on these were that I could wear my own shoes (which I knew fit and supported my feet where I need them to). These are adjustable for proper fit and I feel certain would accommodate just about anyone's shoe size (I'm an 8 1/2 wide in men's so I got the LARGE). Some other shoes look like a hard plastic boots that I feel I would be praying I could get my feet into. One important thing about these are that you need to have that top strap pulled TIGHT. Otherwise you might not get the support you need when moving forward. Start out slow and get the feel for these things before taking off on a long run. You'll be 7 inches higher than running in regular shoes and while that might not sound like much it sure gives any fall the impression that the ground is a LOT FARTHER

This is a great product! So much fun to use! The only problem is that it rubs on my ankles, but when I wear knee socks, the problem is solved.

I bought this as a gift after someone made a comment about the great exercise it would be. That person, once opening the gift, was too scared of turning an ankle to actually use the gift. I took the boots back and I've been using them. They are a lot of fun once you get past your initial fears. The first few steps are not easy, but your skill and confidence eventually grow and you find yourself running and jumping in them very well. Just keep at it. They're a lot of fun. If you need to get different springs to change the weight range, you'll have to contact the manufacturers directly as I did.

The T -springs were a bit stiff for my weight. I called the manufacturers and ordered the more flexible pair and it was easy and expedicious. The design of this product is a plus in that it fits many shoe sizes and with the different weight T -springs being able to be switched out.
