NICE COMPACT PERSONAL FAN
I'm well impressed with this fan! When you turn it on it starts off at the slowest speed, but even this gives you a plesent breeze, if you're looking for ventilation over your face. On the highest setting you may find it a little too much, it pushes a surprising amount of air for it's size, and some might find it overly noisy, producing a definate whizzy sound at the highest setting. I like the design of the stand, which folds out from the back, although the rubber strip on the bottom is not sufficient to keep this fan from moving when placed on a smooth surface, so take that into consideration. I also like that the supplied USB C cable is detachable, although some might not like that since it increases the chance of loosing the cable. For me it means I can carry around the fan in a bag without the cable sticking out the back, so I like the removability...

The Good, The Bad and The Verdict
The Good:* Compact little fan* Versatile in that you can link it using the attached bracket to a headrest (not tried using)* Lower power consumption* Variable speed settings* Medium and Max settings are powerful enough for a close desk fan (1ft-2ft away)* Feels decent quality* USB-C connection which is nice to see, sturdy fitThe Bad:* The noise, even on lowest setting this makes quite a loud whining noise* Cable isn't the longest considering it can be used in the car (absolutely fine for desk use with laptop/PC though)The Verdict:Overall I feel like this is a nice little fan and would be ideal for desk use if it didn't make so much bloody noise. To give an idea of how loud this is I have to put my Pixel 5 on nearly full volume with spotify to drown out the medium speed noise. I think I will deal with it for now as I like to wear headphones when working and don't mind a bit of background noise but this could be frustrating for some.If you are the kind that can deal with a bit of noise this is an excellent desk fan with more power than the cheaper ones and a nice compact design (perfect for putting into a drawer at the end of the day if needed or possibly chucking in a laptop bag to take away.

Blukar USB Fan - No So Quiet!
My reason for purchasing this USB Fan was due to how compact it was and it's low power usage. However, there are 2 problems (for me anyway), that are a shame. 1) As other reviews have suggested, this fan does have a high pitched whining noise (even at the lowest setting), which after a while it becomes very annoying. 2) It doesn’t produce as much 'wind' as I would have expected considering the extra fan blades. If you are ok with such a noise and can keep the fan fairly close, it is fine. It just wasn't for me. I'll be giving it away and replacing with a quieter and more powerful fan.

Noisy but good quality.
I needed a fan to blow a little air around my home office. This fan shifts air well and is good quality. I even like the fact it has a USB C connector (Wake up everyone. This is the standard these days). My only complaint with the fan is the noise. It has a very nasty whining noise when in use. I can only bare the lowest speed and even that is to much if fan is to close.I think the manufacturers should look at the fan quality. The cost difference in manufacturing a cheap fan and a good silent one is very low when sourced in bulk. An extra 50 cents in manufacturing costs and this wold be 5 star every day of the week. Unfortunately costs were cut with the fan sourcing making this a hard recommendation if you will be in same room.

Good Fan
This is a powerful little fan, ideal for carrying with you, as I do, for the workplace. It does tend to move around a lot due to the fairly flimsy plastic frame and stand and the design. My major concern with this fan is the size of some of the holes around the edges, particularly at the back where my adult fingers will fit through probably sufficiently to touch the fan, so not suitable for use near children. Otherwise a good product, with 3 strong settings to choose from.

Neat little fan
Fan arrived quickly and well packaged. Very easy to use. I forgot the fan had 3 speed settings and was annoyed at the weakness of the fan when I first switched it on (didn't read the instructions either... one button switches it on, off and sets the 3 speeds). The other speed settings satisfied me. In my opinion, the noise is very low with just a bit of a high pitch to it... not a problem. Great as a desk fan. Has features for it to be fixed to headrest support in car (I won't be using this function). Type C USB connector. Overall, great buy.

It's a desktop fan and £8.99
Since working from home, I wanted to get a small fan that I can put on my desk to keep me cool.Good:- Lightweight- Can work plugged into my laptop- Small profile when folded, so easy to store- Makes use of usb c and includes decent length cable.- Quiet on the lowest setting, my laptop fan appears to be louder.Only so much I can say about it, it's a fan and does the job.

It's not quiet and is useless on low speed.
Well to start with, it's not quiet. It has 3 speed settings so on the lowest, you can't honestly feel anything coming from it. I put it next to my pillow on the low setting and didn't notice a thing.Turning it up to speed 2 or 3 you start to feel the flow of air, and notice what sounds like a 747 at take off speed. It's small, it works (sort of) and it's cheap so o guess you get what you pay for. I was hoping to use it at night next to my bed but no chance of that. On a desk during the day when noise isn't an issue, you'll probably be OK.
