I like the size of these pads. Easy to heat in microwave and the elastic to hold them is nice.

I recently had very painful dental surgery. The little round gel packs specifically made for use for tooth pain only stay cool for 2-3 minutes, maximum. I go through the entire package of them in less than 15 minutes, and then have to wait for an hour for them to get cold, again. These are marvelously cool and soft against my poor sore face. The strap and soft material on the reverse side is such a clever idea - this way, your hand isn't uncomfortably cold, nor does it cause the cold pack to heat up more rapidly. I just ordered two more sets of these so I can keep a cold pack on my jaw at all times. I previously ordered two of these from another manufacturer (identical in design) for the same price for a single cold pack. This is a fabulous deal for three cold packs of very high quality. I guess I was looking for something a little different. Seems like the gel balls should go against wound and the band in the opposite direction but that is not what I got. You can barely feel the cold with the cloth separating from gel balls. Probably should have ordered a different product.

I love that the set comes with three gel packs. The soft side comes with an elastic that makes it easier to hold. I've used it for when I have had dental work done. It is so gentle against the spot you use it for. Not rock hard. The color is pretty. They're well made and the price point is good too.

Most health professionals will tell you not to put a cold pack directly on your skin. The elastic hand strap on the back of this cold pack makes it awkward to wrap a towel around the cold pack before holding it on an injury.

I chose these because of the quantity (3), it had a hand strap, you can use them hot/cold and they were the perfect size. I had oral surgery and these really helped my healing process. Nothing negative to state about these. If you are looking for something that is perfect for smaller areas, can be used hot/cold, built strong, look no further. Highly recommended!

I wasn't expecting much, but these are actually working well. Thin enough to put on your hands/wrists if you need and still work. They firm up quickly in the freezer. Happy I bought them.
