Works perfect, only issue is the gas bath you will take while installing on a 4x4 truck. There is not room to do the "unplug one at a time" method.Price is high...but worth it to know I probably will not have to do this job again for a very long time.

When searching for this part in multiple companies and online places even here on Amazon, we could not find a genuine Ford part that was not over $400. This part was not just a much better price, but is a Ford genuine part for much less. It is simple and no major moving parts but most aftermarket parts use silicone internally which breaks down quickly with gasoline. The real parts use rubber seals and o-rings and do not fail as fast.Thank you for being an honest California parts seller when so many are not!Arrived next day and was installed in 10mins by my 18yr old son!

This is a genuine Ford part it is also brand new it worked on my 1988 f250 5.8L with dual tanks and most likely works on most dual tank Ford trucks from the '80s and '90s. A nice bonus is the fact that this part actually came with replacement fuel injection hose clips.

Did not allow fuel flow from either tank thru valve. And yes for those reading àll fuel pumps output gas.

I had an issue where if I tried to use the back tank on my f150, it would over flow the front tank and leak gas. this fixed me right up

Delivered fast and as promised. Fit like an OEM part and even came with new clips. Once I put this in, my tanks switched perfectly. In my case, the fuel gages still do not work properly but that is because they are controled from a part in the tanks. This part is located on the frame near the driver's side door. This is the best price I have seen on this part and if you use it, there is no need to change your lines to regular clamps or do any rewiring. Another common symptom of needing one of these is that fuel can be pumped from tank to tank - in orther words if your front tank is empty and no longer works and you fill your back tank to drive, you may discover one day that the front tank has magically filled. This part will solve that problem.

This an actual Ford product...hard to find for the 1986 era. It works great
